Terrible do not purchase

The sales person said I could return the product after 30 days if I was not satisfied. I returned it and found it was only a 15 day return policy and I was stuck with this terrible phone

Very hard to get up and running

Not a bad phone for 24 dollars, good reception

I picked it is as a backup phone, I mean it's less then 30$ out the door, it has Android 8.1, 2 GB ram, 5 inch screen (but low quality) and gets great signal on the att network (with tracfone att sim) Voice calls are clear, and text and data always work for me at least. Also so far security updates are timely, (had three updates about 90mb a piece) and currently on Oct security patch. Things that could be better are camera, battery life - average about 3.5 hours screen on time per charge, and it can get a little slow at times such as when using chrome, and heats up.. Also upon first boot up about 10 addition apps were installed, all junk and I quickly uninstalled them. I would recommend this phone as a child's phone, or for elderly, or for people who dont expect to have it all for 30$
