Confusing & Time Consuming to Set Up for Business

I purchased a vanity number to use this as a business phone simply to have a line clients could call. The price was great, but the phone won't activate without a PIN and the directions that come with the phone are spotty at best. I am not pleased, and it is now past the return period.

The price is not cheap. I have had 4 iPhones and have the new 13pro max. You have to buy the phone and each month have buy minutes. It is better to get a cell phone plan. I returned the phone.

Buying smart phone from Best Buy Online - No Way !

This phone has the basics, but I had trouble buying it from Best Buy. I ordered it online. It arrived next day, but would not let me activate it. After being on the phone for 2 hours with no results, I took it to a Best Buy in Seattle to scan correctly so it would work or return it as defective. The sales person scanned everything he to find a code on - but it still read not operable. So, Best Buy accepted it as a return. Then he scanned it as a new purchase. It finally was able to be activated. Thus Best Buy online screwed up Big time. So I will never buy any electronics from Best Buy on line, as they put me thru 5 hours of wasted time just to get the phone to work. This smart phone is good for basics such as phone calls, phone texts, limited photo taking. There is more but I will have to learn gradually. This phone is 4G, so it would be ok for several years. 5G will not be here for about 8-10 years. I do not recommend Tracfone to regular phone users as it is a rip off. I purchased 60 days with some data and text, but that is terrible for an average user. I had much data and text from previous phone (which I transferred) & I have a landline (unlimited calls), so I only use this smart phone for basic stuff. This will cost me about 50% more per year then basic 3G flip phone. I am worried about the screen being exposed, so I guess I will have to buy a phone case if I am to carry it around town with me.
