I bought this phone for my tween. I wanted a phone which wouldn't cost me $100's but suffice the need of being available in case of emergency on his way to and from school. And a smartphone. This phone met all the criteria and it has been about 6 months and it still works great. It has about 4-6 hrs of battery time if my son is watching videos etc. So that limits his time on it.

I purchased this phone for my son to use. He's been very happy with it and so have I. It's a very affordable phone and you can purchase minutes for texting and internet in affordable blocks. If you need an extra phone for someone that is not on your plan, and you want them to pay to play this is an excellent option.

All my friends have ridiculously over priced smart phones. I had an LG from Tracfone costing $10 for almost 5 years. Still works perfectly fine. The only reason I upgraded to this $20 model is so I can have a better camera and more memory. I only pay for minutes and texts I need so no extreme monthly charge. This phone costs me about $30 every 3-4 months. Crazy iPhone people !!!

Good phone. Seems to work well thus far. Still a cheap phone (not high end by any means), but seems to get the job done.

I just needed a low cost phone-economical to purchase and use. This LG fit the bill. I was able to address the only drawback-low storage-with the same day purchase of a 32gigabyte microchip. That way I avoid constant messages about low storage. The Tracfone usage plans are economical which is was an important factor and I do not have any trouble with the android os.

I guess I didn't read the box close enough because this phone has so much more than I anticipated. I had previously purchased an LG Tracfone and it was junk. This model has Android and works like much more expensive smart phones. For a bit, the on/off button wasn't working so I thought I was going to have to return it but it "fixed" itself and is fine now. One design flaw, however, is the location of the speaker. It's on the back side so when I listen to music and want full sound I have to turn it over. Also, the camera is subpar. But overall, for the price, it is a pretty good phone.

I like it because, it did everything what I need to do. I'm encouraging people to use this phone, if they want to pay less and wants to have smart phone.

Although I had to change the cell phone number on this phone, it is easy to make calls. I bought it for my daughter and she likes it.

Not the latest Android (5.1.1) but since I have never had one, this one is just fine. Like others have said, the phone is only 4gig but I had an additional 4gig card to add to it. I think it is an excellent buy for the price.

I got this phone to run videos, for which it works great. The speed, memory, and storage capacity are superb for this price

My husband doesn't use a phone much but I wanted him to have a smart phone and this phone is great!!! He still gets triple minutes and also triple texts and data. The price was amazing!

My last tracfone did not know how to swim. I replaced it with this model and have been very pleased with its ease of use. I doubt this one will be able to swim, but it has the ability to make good, clear calls.

I wanted to upgrade from my older LG tracfone to a new one. This one is awesome. I love that you can change the camera on it to a voice command. So anytime I want to take a photo,i line up my shot and just say Smile and the camera takes a picture. I love that I can voice type my text messages. Everything about it is awesome.

Good Phone, Great Price, Fantastic Service! If I had not broke my last Phone, I never would have had the chance to experience a LG!

I needed a phone to replace Tracfone ZTE Valet. Good features for $19.99. I am using it for little over a month - no issues.

It may be a good phone once you get it up and running but it took three phone calls with the company and I had to go on line in order to get it up and running. It is the first internet access phone that we have purchased from this company so that may be why it took so many calls to them to get it set up right. It is still too new to really know how good the phone works. I may or may not recommend this to a friend (next question does not have this option).
