This phone simply does not have enough memory to be considered a smartphone.

Great phone. I like the new is and it's features. But return the phone in favor of the tracfone galaxy core prime. It was a personal choice between the two. But this is still a great phone.

I bought it for my wife. It is very easy to use and has many functions at this price. Even compared to some more expensive cell phone And Best buy provided me with good service, a black young lady and a white mid-aged gentleman help me choose and setup the phone. Many thanks to them!

Great phone, the 4G LTE works very well, battery last a while. Normal drain for a smart phone... The only thing is when you buy this phone from Best Buy. IT DOES NOT COME WITH A MEMORY CARD. Like the add says. Bad advertising >>>>

Bought this phone while it was on sale for my nephew .He loves it !!! Easy for him to navigate which is a plus .would recommend this phone to anyone looking for a inexpensive phone for themselves or a gift to someone else .

I bought this phone for my daughter, it works good but the camera is not so good, the pictures are always blurry. But for the price is good.

Been using this phone for about 2 months now. Only major issue I've had so far is the sim card went bad one day for no reason. I called technical support and they sent me a new sim card in 2 days. Phone has all the basic android smart phone functions. Better than other phones at the same price.

Cheap option for tracfone, good battery. Transferred service from old small phone.

for a tracfone, this unit has lot of good features. It is a good size and responded well when used.

I like all the features on the phone, but it is not holding a charge nearly as long as the packaging stated. Packaging said 9 days idle, 2 days with constant use. Lucky if I'm getting 2 days idle. Recharging more than I want to. Seems phone is always dead when I need it.

Nice phone, especially for the sale price. Does everything I need it to do and isn't doggy.

For those of us who are Tracfone users and wanted to upgrade to a smartphone this is the answer. It does just about anything that a basic smartphone can do. It does use wi-fi for internet activity so you do not use up your minutes. It accepts micocards, so you can load up the phone with your music and ditch the mp3 player. I am using a 32Gbyte card. The included music app sucks but there are many apps available to replace it. Customer service consists of a script reader who really can't help you if you have a problem that his script does not cover. The users manual is about as useful. That being said, if you want to upgrade to a smart Tracfone, you can't go wrong with this one.

This phone is easy to use and is a bargain compared to expensive phones. You can do as little or as much as high priced phones.

I never got a smartphone since I never really needed one. When I had to replace my Tracphone and saw it was only $20.00 I decided to get it. I love it. It has everything a high end smartphone has at a cheap price and no contracts.

Have had phone for a couple of months and so far no problems. Battery life is finicky. Holds charge for days and then another time only good for a day. Usage the same. lots of apps. Happy so far.

Got this for my kids, not much storage at 8GB but you can add MicroSD Card for more.

Just received the phone and discovered that it has neither a 16GB internal storage, nor does it come with an 8GB card. The description says "16GB internal memory plus microSD slot...Expand storage up to 32GB by adding a microSD card (8GB card included)" In fact it has only 8GB internal storage and does not come with an sd card. I wish the phone had been listed as the Rebel Lte that it is, I would have realized the error in the description before I ordered the phone.
