Upgrade from LG Fuel, finally a phone with front facing camera, and it is 2MP! Space is plenty (~4G available). The flash for the rear-facing camera is another plus. The phone is also huge (4.5") compared to Fuel (3.5"), but light weighted because it is very thin. Almost forgot: the battery life is decent, lasting three days after the first charge. The only minor complaint is that the photo quality did not improve much from that on Fuel despite the increase in pixels. All in all, $19.99 for all these is a great deal!

I haven't used it yet but everything I checked out about this phone is great for me. It's not real complicated & that's what I wanted.

Got this phone as a gift for my sister. It was easy to activate & upgrade from the smaller phone she had it took 10 minutes total.

The LG phone that I brought has great service it holds little charge but I like the phone I'm satisfied customer.

Nice phone- I do find that in adding Apps that the keyboard letter boxes are kind of small which incurs sometimes hitting the wrong letters. But everything else is as good any other phone I have had in the past usually Samsungs.

Even tho this cell was released new in spring of 2016 - it's a great phone if you want to upgrade your memory from an older cell phone. VERY easy to use, it resembles using a tablet - which is great! Some ppl have said they can't make the wifi stop from turning on automatically, but you have to go to the "wifi utility" app, which is in the "management" app box on the home page(s). I turned it off, no problem, it only comes on when I make it come on :) very intuitive, very easy to use!!

My wife and I do not use our cell phones very often, so we do not want to pay a lot of money for cell plans. Tracfone is an excellent way to keep a cell phone at an affordable price (about $9 per month). I have the old flip-phone but my wife wants the ability to send text messages. This phone fits the bill exactly. She can make calls, send texts, and keep the costs down each month. I would definitely recommend it to people who want limited cell phone use with a reliable piece of equipment.

The phone has plenty of internal storage to download lots of apps. I got one for each of my kids. They each like the front camera for selfies. Some of the pics come out grainy with the front camera. But overall, a great product

I like this phone. Not a phone junkie so use it for text msg, quick phone calls when necessary and the camera. I have a landline so not a big deal I pay for just minutes used. Also can use internet if necessary in a pinch.

somewhat slow to load. Activation was a nightmare I was tied up the better part of an hour trying to get service from tech support--the Serial number and the SIM numbers did not match Tracphone records!

We have traveled out of our normal coverage area and the phone still works great! Definitely serves the purpose for emergency use.

A simple smart phone that is able to text, call, and take photos. It would be better if the instruction book would include explicate instructions instead of one having to learn what it will do by trial and error.

This is a good phone for newbies who never used a smartphone. However some things were not mentioned in the instructions, like how to retrieve your phone messages.

My husband is very happy with this upgraded Tracfone. It is easier for him to use and has many apps. Best of all, it has a larger screen size which makes it easier for him to use the keyboard, read emails and text to friends and family members. It also takes great pictures and supports a 32GB mini storage card.

Bought this phone and was very satisfied. Did everything I needed it to do. Good performance.

This was purchased for a teenager's first phone. It's perfectly fine for texting, web surfing, and facebook msgr. However call quality has been spotty at best. Overall, it is a good purchase for the price.
