Have a hard time hearing the person calling from this phone. They consider it a smartphone...not hardly...but a good way to get more $ out of you.

Absolutely worthless. Purchased this phone for my dad because it seemed to be a simple phone that he could easily operate however it was defective and could not be activated. I returned it for a Samsung that works.

Got this for my mom. She couldn’t see the screen because it was so small, but a smartphone was too complicated to use. Went to a jitterbug phone, larger display easier to use.
