Bought tracfone on line and delivered to my house. Went to activate phone and was told by tracfone that Best Buy had not scanned phone at warehouse. They said phone had to be returned. I took it to a Best Buy store and they confirmed that the phone had to be returned because they could not scan this in store. What a waste of time.

I use this cheap phone to just pick up messages for a remote office. It's fine for checking voicemail, but don't try to make a call, the voice quality is horrible. I had to record the outgoing vm message with my iPhone - because the recording I made using the phone itself was awful!

Bought this for elderly Mother who doesn't know anything about Smart Phone's. You get what you pay for. What can I say, open answer phone, close hang-up. Doesn't hold a charge at all. But it's no learning curve.

Great basic phone at reasonable price for convenience!

My current flip phone was great but is showing its age. The battery cover has to be taped on and it doesn’t hold a charge. This NEW phone I will be switching over to looks fantastic. Slightly larger, non slip case, larger screen etc. I have not switched yet because I am trying to figure out how to save messages and photos off my old phone... none of the programs claiming to connect the phone to my computer actually work. I can see the old phone but the connection drops.... sooooo... it may be a few more weeks before I make the switch. Going on vacation till August.. I would still recommend the new phone if you’re like me and you prefer a flip phone model to the newer smart phone style.

Good phone. mostly used for back up and take it with me when leave the house. Not a lot of bells and whistles but for some one wants a phone for making, getting and check messages this is great. Like fact minutes carry over only company found that does. My only dislike is this one doesn't display minutes left or end of service like last one did. Can get it on website so no real problem..

I wanted a new phone for my 92 year old mother to use. I bought her a smart phone, but she couldn’t work with it. After 2 weeks of many different people trying to teach her to use it, I gave up & bought this one. She just has to open it to answer, close it to hang up. perfect!

Great, inexpensive phone that's perfect for letting my kids use to give them a head start to learn how to manage data before I put them on my data plan with a more expensive phone.

Its a ok phone but the bad thing is you get it then they recycle the numbers so you constantly have it ringing with weird people or texting you about esl classes or ebt things. Yeah its that bad.

Great phone to have as an emergency phone or to take along on walks or while running. VERY reliable, basic flip phone.

They still sell this phone which had easy buttons for seniors or disabled clients. Easier than smartphone for some.
