    Not enough coverage

Currently, in my area, there is not enough coverage. It should get better over time as more people purchase this item. It does work well around the house for locating lost items.

The TrackR Bravo works, but when you have more than one smart device trying to locate it only one will work and the others cannot find it. I put the app on (2) Android smart phones and (1) Android tablet. While one of the phones would get it (who knows which one because it switches), none of the other devices would see it AT ALL. If you're going to try and track a pet with it, definitely get the silicone cover so it will keep it dry. I think my cat dunked hers in the water and now it doesn't work. NOTE: I have not contacted the TrackR team, or changed the batteries in the device. Yet...

I use this to keep track of my Apple Pencil case as it is small and can easily be lost. It has helped me already. It is small so it can be attached to quite a few items without being in the way.

I never used a tracking devices and am glad they are easily available now as I often misplace things, So far I have used the device to find my wallet and keys at least once each. The only problem I have with them is they seem to be slow to respond. It takes awhile for them to kick in altho it may be that I am slow in figuring out how the bluetooth connects . Also the signal is not very loud and if in a noisy area it is difficult to pick up the sound. However this being said, they have helped me find misplaced items and I am glad for that.

So the tracking is pretty good and the bluetooth doesn't seem to have that much interference from other things, but the signal isn't always the strongest even when the tracker itself is right next to the phone. I had to knock off one star because it is true what others have said where the volume of the ring is pretty low. I have to turn off fans and things to try and hear it sometimes. However, the one thing I really like about this over the tile tracker is that if I lose my phone, I can find the phone by using on of the Trackr devices.

    Hit or Miss

I've experienced hit or miss accuracy with this product. It's a great idea for people like me that constantly put things down and forget them but the false alarms and tendencies of it not connecting to my iPhone 6 is kind of annoying. I've had it on multiple occasions sound the alarm when sitting 5 feet away. I still keep 1 on my key chain and 1 on my wallet as a just incase it works scenario. Overall, I probably wouldn't buy another, but look forward to seeing this technology grow more stable and accurate.

The Trackr volume really isn't very loud. You have to have your Bluetooth on and that can be a issue for battery on phone.

Helps my husband keep track of his keys! Small disc fits on his key ring and is not bothersome, the app lets him find lost items easily.

I purchased the two pack for fifty dollars. The idea was to use one for my keychain and the other for my laptop bag. I found out very quickly that Trackr has no benefit. First the laptop bag. I thought that if it were stolen, I’d have a way of tracking it as long as TrackR remained with the bag. No, not at all. Trakr will only display where the bag was the last time it had contact with my phone. So if it gets stolen out of my car and I open the TrackR app, it’ll still show in my car instead of wherever the thief pawned it at. Yes, Trakr touts a network of “TrackRs” in the tens of thousands; but in a country of 350 million people, that doesn’t amount to much. So the TrackR fails on this important point and my laptop bag is gone for good. My other first world problem is that I often leave home with my phone still sitting on the charger. I thought the TrackR would solve this issue because the device will beep if separated with the phone (you need to set this up in “Settings”), so I attached it to my keychain for this purpose. The problem is that for the majority of my life, my phone is rarely in the same spot as my keys. There’s no need for me to carry my keys around at home or at work. However, I absolutely carry my phone with me all the time. That means that my phone is almost always out of contact with TrackR and that causes the TrackR device to constantly chime. I keep my keys in my laptop bag when I’m at work. The first day I used TrackR, coworkers complained that it would go off anytime I’d go into a meeting. Because of that, I had to disable one of the most important features I bought it for. TrackR would be useful if had an actual GPS function and allowed the user to set time and location rules for when it should track. As an Android user, it’d be perfect if the software integrated with Tasker and I could create my own rules. As it stands now, in order to be useful, I have to remember to turn on the reminders in the settings whenever I think I’ll need TrackR to...you know…”track.” Having to remember to change the settings in the software whenever I think I might be in a situation to lose my keys is the exact opposite of being helpful. TrackR won’t help you recover anything if it gets stolen and you can’t use the “device separation” feature because both your phone and the TrackR alarm will constantly go off. So...what is it good for, exactly???

seems to locate my keys well when i am far. but when i have the keys in the same room, its sometimes hard to connect. the gauge of how far/close you are to it is borderline horrible. keys could be right under me and the app tells me that im getting closer, farther, closer, farther - but as if its going haywire. the beeping noise that one can have the item make (to help find it) is good - except the noise will go for as long as the app has located the item. but once again, the signal between item and app cuts off repeatedly, and when it does, so does the key. took me 10 minutes to locate keys in my room due to all these difficulties - and it was just hanging on a wall. but with the noise being cut off every 3 seconds and me holding up my phone trying to "connect' as if im searching for cell signal - made it much more difficult to locate. I am still as afraid as ever to lose my keys - as it feels the chances of the device helping me find my keys is 50/50 at best...but i guess still better than not having a device such as this at all.

Got this for my mom for Christmas (ironically, she was late for Christmas morning celebrations since she couldn't find her keys, so she really needed this!). The app set-up on iPhone 6S was different (and more complicated) than the included instructions had indicated, but not terrible. Unfortunately, the sound the tags made when testing was barely audible. Then, when using the app to locate the keys we'd tagged, it identified that they were in our house (based on the map), but couldn't help us find them within the house - which was the main reason we wanted this product. When the phone was left in the house but the keys were taken outside, the phone did sound an alert - but the person who'd left the phone behind would have no way of knowing that she'd left it if we weren't there to hear it and run it out to her. It's possible that we may have been able to troubleshoot this and get it working better, but it wasn't worth the time and effort.

I purchased this item to notify me when my wife misplaces her keys. (all the time). Sometime it does work and sometime it doesn't. I had to replace one of the batterys the day I opened the package. Once you register your items. You have the option to receive a free battery. That takes 7-10 working days. I only purchased cause they were on Sale. 2 pieces for $20 when original price is $24each

Very thin bendable metal. The volume is very low and hard to listen when paging the tracker. I purchased 3 of these items. I had to replace 2 batteries out of the 3 trackers that I purchased. TrackR did replace the batteries for free, but it took 2 weeks until I received them in the mail.
