Helpful but i like my tile i little bit more .. i think the tile looks better and its easier to use

Tried TILE and no signal. This worked in beginning but not always sounds alarm to find

Work half the time not great battery was dead when I purchased it from Best Buy.

The iOS app for this device is supposed to show the current battery level and alert you when the battery is getting low. This has never worked for me. In owning and using the Trackr for a short time I discovered the battery was dead twice in 5 months. The battery indicator in the app always said the info was unavailable. I contacted support numerous times. They had me reset the device, delete and reinstall the app several times. After a while they agreed to exchange the Trackr. I was told I would receive an e-mail with a return label and shipping instructions. I never got that e-mail. I wrote back several times and was told, again, they would send the info. That was weeks ago and I never got it (I made sure to check my Spam folder). If the battery dies frequently, without warning, this device is useless. And customer support is not much better.

Great for the elderly lived ones. The app is decent. The product is easy to set up and to use.

I like a product . Track is attached to my keys all the time and look great on my key chain.

This is a great device to provide a general area where the object is located For example locating something in the specific part of the house. I can see on the map the house it is located at but not a specific location in the home. I also find the device slow in updating Room for improvement Customer service is obviously located in Asia which means 24 hours before a response

It's okay. Battery died one month after I got it and it's slow to connect.

Bought after reading various reviews. Useful for keeping track of keys.

The gizmo linked to my keys makes my misplaced iPhone squeak. Find My Phone only gets it traced to my location. It doesn't necessarily ring, as I often keep it on mute. But this makes a sound anyway. And of course it works in the reverse order. I taped on onto the back of my tv remote. Genius! It's a no-brainer gift, too.

I love Best Buy. They have great items. But sorry this item sucks. Batteries went dead in less than 3 days. Not loud enough and u need more people in the GPS group.(a lot of people). Maybe they will have a second generation model up to par.

I used this for my keys as I am always misplacing them. It worked well if I lost my keys somewhere in the house. As long as you are within a few feet you can hear the alarm. The navigation only gives a broad range and at times doesn't work very well. I will not be purchasing another one.

There ok could be louder so to locate I got the 2pack so price is ok

Seems to be more reliable than Tile, lesser range. Limited options.

I bought this item to track if you lose something. It does not work!!! I replaced the batteries.....i have tried everything...it doesnt keeo an accurate locstion of where the item is. Not happy. Easte of money. Dont buy it!

As someone who always loses stuff, these work well. Must have smart phone.

I bought two of these. Setup was very easy and fast. Tethered it to my key and wallet. Although I haven't actually lost anything, my testing seemed to work ok. The downside is that you have to keeo the app open for it to work in reverse for "find my phone". Not too bad of a product. I just hope it works in real life if I lose something.
