A revolution in grilling

When I'm grilling I use it for flipping flat meat like top round beef and chicken thighs. It is so much easier than using a spatula or tongs. It's also a lot easier to clean - I can wipe it down with a paper towel during grilling because so little comes in contact with the meat. This is the kind of tool that will make a great gift because not many people I have encountered on the west coast US have ever heard of it. I've been using this for 13 months and the quality has remained, sharp tip, leather hanger and wood handle.

Use the pigtail to hook your brisket, roast, pork butt, etc., and turn or just move as necessary. No way you can do that with a spatula or tongs! Use the right tool for the job.

For some reason though, I tend to reach for the tongs first. Maybe out it’s out of habit but I probably need more time to use the item. It works great when I use it and it’s really easy to clean which is a huge plus.
