I've only used it the one time so far, but it worked great. Seems to be a good quality pan, made well, nice weight, and the rack has a convenient notch-out for basting. Cleaned up easily after use as well.

It didnt want to clean like regular stainless. It was a mess. I returned it. It was very light and cheap.
