Transcend JetDrive SSD for MacBook Air

I wanted a larger drive in my MacBook Air, but didn't want to spend the money on a new computer. This is the next best thing. I increased my 128GB in my MacBook Air to 960GB. The installation was made easy by watching the YouTube video. I was then able to use the 128GB SSD as an external drive for additional storage. Now when I want to buy a new computer I'll have something decent to sell to help pay for it.

This is a straight forward upgrade for the MacBook Air - and the included enclosure serves as external USB drive for the existing Mac SSD. The software utility to clone the existing Mac OS onto the new SSD works perfectly. I have now been running this upgrade that took me from 256GB to just short of 1TB. With a total of 4 cloned (under Parallels) operating systems on my Mac - I still have more than 500GB of space left. I highly recommend this product - it is plug 'n play.
