this movie doesn't feel like a continuation of the series, but its still good.

Color pops, great cgi effects, acting is so so but what do you expect from Wahlberg.

Great to watch with Dolby vision and Atmos sound..great sound and visual effects.....

I have been looking for this movie and I am glad to finally have it. Overall, love it.

They have too many slow motion scenes but the robot fighting is still cool.

I grew up in the 80's and Transformers were a big part of my life. I never thought they'd be able to make even a decent live action version of the toys, let alone 4 entertaining movies! This latest is a cool continuation of the storyline that doesn't reinvent the wheel and for me, that's alright: give me Optimus, Bumblebee, cr@p exploding and a good soundtrack and I just had fun for 2hrs with some old childhood friends who are aging better than me ;-) This is a Michael Bay movie and if you know how he films then you know it's about a look, a feel and about pacing. not necessarily about a riveting plot. I go into these movies knowing that and leave having been entertained. Mark Wahlberg seems to really at least try to do his part and the action holds up to the promise of each movie getting more and more intense. So quit reading this, put down your Lord Byron or Shakespeare book and elitist glasses for 2hrs and just go have fun in a cool world. BTW- MAJOR demo material here in both 2D and 3D!

If you liked the other films, you will like this one. That's the short review of the film. Let's get this out of the way: this film is LONG! At 2 hours and 45 minutes, this is one very long film. Despite what you read from reviews online, it should noted that this is not director Michael Bay's fault. His first cut was 2 hours and 2 minutes long before multiple compromises with Paramount led to its current length-15 minutes of which is mostly just propaganda and esoteric cameos for Chinese audiences. I thought I should bring that up since no one has felt the need to bring that up since its more fun to blame everything on Bay rather than accept that he is under the studio's thumb when he does these films. Since this is a product review I will now get to the actual product. There are 3+ hours of special features which are all a must see for anyone who loves learning about special effects and action films. The picture and sound are perfect. The product itself is 5 stars but the film is more 4 stars.

Saw this in 3D and even still it is a great movie. I love the storyline.

If you liked the other Transformers movies, then you are sure to like Transformers: Age of Extinction. This is a Michael Bay movie just like the others, so if his style isn't for you, then this movie isn't for you: fast action with a lot of quick cuts, explosions and other special effects filling the screen, a very brash soundtrack, and beautiful women wearing skimpy clothing. The movie has just the right balance of action and humor as the other films did, and the 3D effect is balanced quite well as far as having some elements project out of the screen, but most descend back beyond the screen. Mark Wahlberg moves into the lead in place of Shia Labeof and gives the film a bit of a different feel, but this choice actually keeps things fresh. I give this movie a thumbs up, but just don't expect great character development or a profound message that will change your life - this is a pure popcorn film, plain and simple.

I have all the other previous movies. This one was also a must have.

Enjoyed this film and the 3D effects were impressive.

Great action movie. I'm a huge fan of TFs and the comic book movies so this was a real treat. The sound and picture are truly amazing, including the new Dolby Atmos technology that's introduced to blu-ray movies with this release. Sound is great and picture quality is superb. I have Samsung 60" Smart 3D TV and Bose V25 system for audio. PS3 is still my choice of 3D players and it did the job nicely with my home theater setup for TF4. Definitely a better storyline without the poor acting of Shia Labeouf, his annoying parents & Megan Fox. Their absence helped make the movie more believable and enjoyable. Hopefully they will not return for any of the next installments. Also, Michael Bay continues to provide the most & best movie extras for home video releases adding to this title's value. *Only drawback for this title is the 3D combo wasn't available in steelbook edition :/

Great "reboot" and good effects. Steelbook artwork is awesome.

This is a fun movie to watch lots of action I really recommend
