As a child, I loved this movie and it blew my mind on what we can do in cinema! As I saw that this movie was available in 4K I knew that I had to buy it! Now this movie is not as beautiful as the Last Knight in 4K because this movie has some film grain. However, the HDR looks really good and it definitely looks better the blu-ray version. Now I do not own an OLED tv but this movie still looks mighty fine on my 4k Tv.

IMO Possibly the best of the Transformers movies. Difficult to see the action because of the frames per second when they recorded these movies. You miss a lot of stuff because its simply to fast to watch and see and know what exactly is happening, especially during the transforming scenes and action scenes.

I was excited when I found out they were rebooting the Transformers. It took me a while to warm up to it but I really enjoy this movie as it was the start of the franchise reboot. I grew up in the 80s so of course the original animated movie is hard to top. I love the new story line.

So the Transformers movie started out with this one. Now the 4k is good a little better than the 1080P version but the atmos was not as good as I expected. It was good but not reference. Of couse this is the better one out of the 5 movies but I believe that the audio and video gets better as you move up in the movies 2-5. All in all I think this good movie to have in your collection and its fun to watch.

The bluray version of this movie looks fantastic, it has excellent clarity and looks so realistic on my Samsung UN65JS8500 4K tv. The processing that the Samsung UBD-K8500 does with 24hz and the 120 frames per second it does makes this film worth buying on bluray. I would highly recomend it to anyone who wanted to get the bluray version for better clarity.

I already owned this movie in Dvd but with my new projector Blu-ray is much more of a clearer picture. Plus I have a 4k TV if I want to watch it on 4k. I enjoy all the Transformer movies and this first one is one of my favorite. Full of action. But DVD doesn't cut it anymore.

This was my very first blu-ray steelbook. The case itself is sturdy and looks sharp. But inside, there were no pictures on the case like many others I've seen online. Just a painted texture to look like steel. And the movie came with very few extras on the 1 disc and no digital copy like most blu-rays come with these days. At least the movie is good. I just wished they had included some cool pics on the inside of the case and thrown in an extra disc with more bonus material like the original Transformers blu-ray came with. a UV copy would have been a nice touch as well.

The transformers series is a crazy ride. Some are great and some aren’t but you can’t deny the first one was the best. When I saw that they were restocking the transformers series I knew I had to get all 5 steelbooks. And it’s got Shia, how much more is there to say.

About 25 years ago when my son was a child he loved to play with the Transformer toys so when the movie came out I thought it was something for kids. So I ignored it. Years later I saw it at Best Buy in a limited edition steel book and since I liked the films Michael Bay directed (like Armageddon and Pearl Harbor) I thought I'd give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised to find that even an adult could find it enjoyable, so I decided to go for the rest of the series as well.

Although this steelbook is very quiet in appearance, the simple design is quite appropriate as this is the beginning of the series of very "loud" movies. The all black look is very appealing especially when combined with the other steelbooks in the collection

These Transformer movies are so fun to watch in 4K when going through a home theater system. Sound and video quality is amazing. Whenever I test a new piece of home theater equipment, these movies are what I use. If your a fan of these movies defiantly buy the 4K version you won't be disappointed.

Case is alittle broken but this first movie is a greatest movie of all time I remember watching this when I was younger and now I got it in 4k so I’m very happy. But if you want to watch any other transformers movies just watch this and bumblebee
