Look, I get it; I went into this understanding that it was a luck of the draw kind of a thing, and also understanding that a late 80s slab of neon niche like Doubledealer would be a lot more likely to be warming the shelf than a beloved, grandma-recognizable icon like Optimus Prime. Still, the way the listing is structured, with Optimus occupying most of the photos (including the headliner); it feels... a bit sketchy. It creates the impression that Optimus is the more likely outcome, when I strongly doubt that he's even even odds. One star for the chicanery, five stars for the figure. Doubledealer is cool, I just had one already.

As others have said, styles may vary so there's no guarantee which figure you will get. If you really want Optimus Prime, this exact same figure is being rereleased in the new Transformers Kingdom line. It's the exact same figure just with new packaging and it comes with a trading card. Everything else is exactly the same.

Styles vary as listed, but on this listing, I was more than happy with the mix of Optimus, Double Dealer or Astrotrain. Great figures. Arrived on time and well packaged and protected

Prime is back. Not just in toy form, but on Netflix. I never got him as a kid from the 80s. (Had many other Transformers back then) But what a change from the G1 version. Nice size and price point for starting a collection.

Build quality is quite nice but be careful, they have multiple toys (Astro Train cough) under the same SKU. You have to tell BB associates which one you want. Optimus is hard to find.

Got DoubleDealer and would have been happy with either him or Astrotrain. Slight delay in the shipping but did end up arriving at the store a few days later.

My son really likes his new Optimus Prime. But make sure you understand as others have commented that this isn’t necessarily the one you’ll get. We called around to make sure.

It’s a gamble when ordering this product. There is no guarantee you will receive the sought after Optimus Prime. However, the other figures in this line are all pretty good for the price being paid.

The reviews are terrible because people don’t read the description. I bought it on sale and decided to give it a try and see what I get. My kid REALLY wanted optimus with the trailer as that’s not usually available. I did store pick up in case it was a figure I did not want (Astrotrain or Doubledealer are cool figures also) so I could return immediately. Lo and behold, it was Optimus! The figure is fantastic, looks amazing, has a nice gun, and the trailer is so nice. It would be perfect it had Roller but this is close enough. Give it a try!

Didn't get the right transformer. But was birthday present and when my son seen it I couldn't tell him he had to wait

Its the best Optimus prime ive added to my collection. This once looks alot like the G1 cartoon. The trailer is amazing too.

We are a transformers household. We have the whole collection and of course Optimus Prime is everyone favorite. This is a great today and a wonderful collectable

I paid $33 and for that price point this is an excellent figure....has the trailer which is key for any hasbro Optimus.

(Astrotrain) Nice update of the original figure. Blocky but has good articulation, all three modes are okay and use of train car as launch pad and weapon storage is pretty neat.

I am so tired of this crap. Advertise one picture and sell something else. So when I bought this, the listing VERY CLEARLY stated it was Earthrise Optimus Prime. Fast forward to picking the first time up and it was a random Storm Trooper in red. I complained .. they went through their inventory and next was Astrotrain. Then I complained again .. and back to the Storm Trooper. Then they tell me that it is a random toy sku and that when you buy it ... you literally could get ANY toy in their inventory on pick up. Highly disappointed and utterly trash

I knew that styles may vary, but knowing that I didn’t have any of the 3 I knew I wouldn’t lose out by giving it a try and with the price you can’t beat it!

This is the best earthrise figure, true to the G1 cartoon. And include trailer and movable hands. Love it. Excellent playability.

I ordered and was hoping to get the Optimus Prime figure and I did! The figure is amazing and a must have for Transformers fans!

Excellent Transformer. Optimus is great and the transition between truck and autobot is fluent.

I’ve been trying to find this prime everywhere and finally found him and he is an awesome figure to mess with!
