Dont PR-EORDER !!!

I cant beging to explain how important this purchase is, which I would have done else where knowing a reputable company such as Bestbuy would drop the ball. I should have recieved the item buy release day, now I am asked to wait to week's for a possible refund while this product it unavailable.
