Took forever to get the delivery scheduled. Company had some truck issues but the install and assembly was great. They were friendly and took there time. My mom sent them off with cookies she made while they were there.

We ordered a ProFit treadmill and when initially delivered it was delivered without the emergency shut down magnet meaning that it did not work. The treadmill was left in the house and we were required to contact Best Buy for a fix. Seeing as this service was $200, it was disheartening to pay a premium to receive a product that did not work and that we were responsible for rectifying the situation. Anyhow, after calling Best Buy we were able to schedule a follow up appointment. The second time they were sure to make sure everything was functioning. If it was like that the first time, I would have given five stars, as it did not happen, I cannot.

Guys delivered and set up pretty quick. Put on one of the handrails wrong so i had to take off and re install when i figured out that it was on wrong. Not broken so all good. Fully check out before they leave

If you can afford the extra fee, do it! Two great guys delivered the Bowflex T10, then they put it together. They let my dogs hang out with them, and even showed me briefly what I needed to do for a quick start to get walking right away. Before they left, I was on my treadmill and one of my dogs, who has never seen a treadmill before jumped on right behind me! The installers said they had heard of dogs doing that but had never seen it in person! I was so glad I didn’t have to do any heavy lifting or wrap my brain around instructions. So thankful!

The delivery had to be rescheduled due to a problem with the 3rd party installation team. However, on the day it was installed, the team arrived promptly and got the treadmill set up and running in a timely manner.

Ugh. Getting someone to my home to deliver and install was the worst experience. Best Buy used a poor system to track the order, and often couldn't figure out what was going on with my purchase. After about 2 weeks of trying to get it delivered after the original date it was supposed to get to my house, i finally got it assembled another week later. However, once installation guys got here, they were very nice, quick, and efficient. They made sure i was satisfied with the job before they left. If not for the trouble getting the treadmill, then getting it installed, i would be happy.

Guys were great and respectful of my property. Set up took under two hours. Would have been a great rating if they could give me an idea of how to use my treadmill.

Fast and prompt service. The technician was nice and thorough when explaining setup. Very good experience but will say the tech did leave some pieces attached that shouldn’t have been there.

This large and heavy machine was difficult to bring up our staircase. Set-up was much more work than I would have wanted to tackle. The workers were efficient and courteous, wore masks the entire time, and explained how to work the treadmill they'd brought. They were on time and gave notice before arriving. We've had no problems with the treadmill in the several weeks we've had it (and used it almost daily). We were very pleased with the service and it was well worth the cost.

On time and install accomplished. The panel was scratched and treadmill platform has some scratches. The treadmill is great compared with previous Proform models.

The treadmill was installed with such expertise. The text that came were very kind and courteous, easy to talk and work with, and make sure that my treadmill worked before they left. I really enjoyed watching as they went through bolts and nuts to be sure that every piece was in place. While I did not know I could get this type of help, it was such a relief after I saw everything that had to be done to get the treadmill going. Thank you techs and thank you Best Buy

The Installers completely assembled the Treadmill. When they turned it on they realized there was no power. They discovered that one of the wires had been pinched and split. Due to its location it could of only have been done at the factory. They took the time and disassembled the Treadmill, located the break and repaired the cable and re-assembled the Treadmill and tested it before they left.

When I purchased my Bowflex BXT216, I opted for the installation because I did not want my husband to attempt to put together, all the nuts, screws,etc him saying something was missing. So I decided to give us both a break and I am glad I did. Two Technicians arrived in a timely manner, and had the treadmill together in no time. They tested it, answered my questions and removed all of the packaging. Very professional.

They were punctual, clean, professional & hardworking. My treadmill weighed over 300 pounds so it was a bit of a handful for them to get it up the stairs but they did it. They made sure to have booties, masks, and a moving blanket so as not to mar my floor. They assembled the machine pretty quickly and it works flawlessly. I would certainly recommend their delivery and installation services.

There were two guys that came to deliver and install my treadmill. They do this often so they arrived on time as they communicated, unboxed the treadmill pieces in the garage and was able to install the treadmill in less than 30 minutes. They tested it, then had me test it, ensured it was placed where I wanted it, and then cleaned up all the packaging and left. It was a wonderful experience overall!

Install was fast and they where very organized. I just wish they eent over some of the features but really didnt talk much.

The team was careful, helpful and respectful! They arrived earlier than expected, made sure to find the best place to put it while we waited for installation. The only negative is that we scheduled delivery and installation on the same day assuming delivery team works with Geek Squad and found out the hard way this isn't the case. We then had to wait 2 weeks for the next appointment for it to be installed.

Guys did OK job. Not a real great way to show me how to work my new Treadmill tho. They seemed not to know too much about it.

The treadmill installation by the gentlemen from Geek Squad was a great experience. They were on time, professional, pleasant, and adhered to all Covid requirements (shoe coverings, masks, gloves). After assembling everything, they spent time with me going over the basics of the treadmill, cleaned up, and took all of the boxing materials with them. I would definitely request these two men again.

The Geek Squad had my treadmill put together in less than two hours, and worked on it non-stop. They were very careful dealing with COVID-19 protocols.
