Installation Pro delivered and assembled my Pro-Form Carbon T10. Lou and Mike were pros as I watch them assemble my treadmill, It is soo worth the cost to have pros assemble this equipment, what a treat! Love the treadmill, sooo quiet and easy to use.

The team was very professional. However, the treadmill has been squeaking ever since we got it. We are not sure if this is because it needs tightened on the top or the bottom of the treadmill. Or, if it might be the belt itself. But, we are not the experts here. Other, than that it seems to be alright at this point.

The team arrive on time and were diligent completing the installation.

The services guys were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They took their time and assembled my treadmill correctly and in a timely matter. They cleaned their mess up after installing my treadmill and also their followed the CDC guidelines due to the virus.

The treadmill came with high reviews and the delivery and set up was the absolute BEST! Unable to personally speak to the performance of the product as my doctor hasn't released me to actually use it yet, Looking forward to it though.

Great installation, in spite of the difficult stairway. Installers worked hard on a blistering hot day to get the treadmill set up and working. Great job.

My husband and I got this treadmill to prepare for the pandemic this winter and it's been working great! The only thing you'll want to keep in mind is that the equipment requires a certain voltage to run, so you'll want to make sure you figure that out prior to purchase.

Nice to have someone set up the treadmill and get it functioning quickly.

Very professional, very clean. The installers wore covers over their shoes to ensure there is no dirt tracked inside the house. They installed my treadmill in a decent amount of time and they took time to explain how the equipment works. Awesome service!!!

The team arrived on time, took all the safety precautions, assembled the treadmill as expected and made sure that we understood how to use properly prior to leaving. I was very pleased with them and will definitely recommend the service.

Guys were scheduled to come install treadmill on 04/23/21. They never showed up or called. They Rescheduled it for May 6th which I wasn’t happy with. The guys who finally came to install were on time and did a great job. The 3 stars are for the guys that eventually come to install.

In my lifetime I’ve had pathetic experiences as far as retail transactions, but this absolutely was and still is the most pathetic experience I’ve ever experienced in my 51 years of living. I purchased the treadmill at the store on 7/15/21 and set up delivery and installation for the following Tuesday. So I took that day off to make sure I was at home. So they were supposed to arrive between 7 and 1 o’clock. So 1 o’clock came around no one called or showed up. So I called the store and they said well we will try to contact the installation people who are outside contractors. So I guy called me from the outside contractor and said that they called and I missed the call. This, of course was a blatant lie and I told him so since my only phone is an iPhone and it records and dates all calls, and none were present from him. So, faced with that fact he backtracked and said, well someone else will call. They of course never did. So a couple of days went by, a Stephanie called to coordinate delivery for the following Saturday. She 100 percent assured that someone would be there between 7 and 1, but alas just like that fateful Tuesday morning no call no show. So at that point I called the store again. Spoke to jack one of the managers, who gave me a 250.00 credit on my account, which was nice. The absolute patheticness as I call it, has not been from the store level, but the installation company that Best Buy contracts out and the corporate office for which I cannot get in touch with them to get a lot more compensation from and to get this resolved. It’s like their customer service lines are just the biggest joke on the planet. They hang up on you, put you on hold and never come back, no answers, it’s just useless to call them. I’ve got the installation set up for Tuesday on 8/10/21. Will they show up? Who knows at this point, I still have not gotten a product that I purchased almost a month ago that is sitting at the store as we speak. Oh and another fun fact, I’ve already made a payment on an item I have not received yet. Oh they blamed COVID 19 and this last fiasco when the guy did not show up or call, not believing that considering your horrific track record on this event. So I finally have a number for the corporate office for which I will call on Monday to compensate me quite frankly all of my purchase price and then some, because it is painfully obvious that this company doesn’t give two cents about their customers only their profits. So if you eliminate the profits they may take notice, so that someone else in the future will not be subject to these horrific practices that seem to be the norm unfortunately. Oh and one last thing, Stephanie called me back but I missed the call, and she left me telephone number to reach her back at, that she could not be reached at. Honestly it makes sense that she did did that, considering every thing else, first class operation

Best Buy said this was a new service they were offering (it was just prior to the pandemic) and they estimated it'd take 2 hours. It actually took less than that and I have had no issues with it since in over the 3 months that I've had the treadmill. Well done.

The delivery installers were on time, friendly and professional. They put the treadmill together very fast and it was ready for use (without even having to hassle with bypassing iFit).

The two guys sent to deliver and install the treadmills were professional, courteous and did a great overall job. They took time to go over the basic operational aspects and cleaned up the packing debris afterwards. Very pleased with their performance.

The people installed the treadmill were very friendly and put together the treadmill in a timely manner. They called about 20 min before they arrived, which was very convenient because the block for the arrival time is like 4 hours

They were great but I wished they didn't have older people deliver heavy machinery like this. They did the job but it made me feel bad
