There was a download link on the instructions. After downloading it, the code given didn't work. That was it for me. done.

Your Trend Micro Internet Security for Mac has a special installation file that you can find at www.trendmicro.com/bestbuy. If you're willing to give us another chance, I can assure you that the DMG file you get there will work great on your Mac.
