We love the color and size of our new smart TV. Amazon prime and Netflix come in great and so do the 4 K movies. Tried music and internet last night. Love it!

Took my Lenovo laptop to Best Buy Geek Squad in Wilkes Barre, Pa. The laptop went thru the boot up process but ended up at a black screen. I tried all remedies that I knew how to do....to no avail I then decided I needed help . Took laptop in and was greeted warmly and the gentleman listened intently as I explained my problem. This was mid-day on a Saturday He said they would examine and diagnose they problem. He explained all charges to fix and said he would call later that day. I was surprised as he called about a hour later to state that it was a hard drive failure . He recommended installing a solid state drive that would perform over 20 times faster and better than when new .......which was about 6 months ago when I purchased it. Recommended Trend Micro internet security be installed as the Kaspersky anti virus was due to expire in a few weeks . Also as a courtesy they transferred photos and files that my daughter uses in her profession as a teacher in a local school. Picked up laptop later in afternoon all fixed and ran faster than I could have imagined. Boot time was less than 9 seconds !!!! Very very satisfied with workmanship and timeliness (read FAST) service especially on a Saturday . Recommend whole heartily Geek Squad service and Best Buy!

I love this product. I have been using it for three years now and I am very pleased. It is easy to install and easy to use. I use it on my laptop, tablet and cell phone. I have never had any type of virus make it to any of my devices with this product installed. Great product at a reasonable price. I would not use anything else. I highly recommend this product for any and all of your electronic needs. 5 STARS. .

This computer has helped me so much. I had a very old computer and needed to upgrade but didn't know how her win. So when I did upgrade to my Dell computer I have no idea how great it would be. The customer service rep was nice and Geek Squad was amazing. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Samsung 65" Smart 4K installed today and so far looks great. Most happiest with Geek Squad! Installer, Zachary Sizemore, had excellent knowledge of the product/installation, and answered all my questions with professionalism. He did a great job!!

And the Trend Miccro anivirus is Super. Its easy to use and the fact I got a in store invite to help me set up the new pc is great. I also like the fact that on Saturdays Best Buy has a training seminar for first time users of windows ten. Great benefit.

I gave an older computer and not every virus protector works on it. This one did. The staff at the store were very helpful in helping pick this out. The product works great and is very affordable. Very pleased

I had a scam problem on my computer which the geek squad took care of and helped me understand They showed me the advantage of having security coverage on the computer.

The screen is a great size, the sound is even better! The keys on the keyboard work well also. The screen clarity is very good with very nice colors.

I love all the Logitech products and this one is just as efficient and convenient for traveling. It works just as well as the the larger size products.

I love it just one thing is it freezes. I don't know why but I'm trying to figure that out soon. Too many hassles with updates like every week .

though there were a few steps to follow, it was easier to install than I originally thought. it also comes with the ability to be on three devices, which saves money.
