Trend Micro™ Ultimate Protection has been an excellent security solution for my devices. Installation was smooth and the dashboard is very easy to understand, even for someone who isn’t highly technical. I appreciate the real-time protection—it actively blocks suspicious sites, phishing attempts, and unknown downloads. It runs quietly in the background without affecting my system speed, which is a huge plus. The identity protection and privacy features add another layer of safety, especially for browsing and online shopping. Overall, it provides strong, well-rounded security that feels dependable and worth the investment.

I've been using Trend Micro virus protection for ~20 years and it's great. Easy to install and very dependable.

I like Trend Micro, seems to do what it's supposed to, doesn't slow down my computer. What I really like is the plan I purchased covers multiple devices. My only complaint is the installation process, especially when you already have it on your computer and you're renewing your license. It's a cumbersome process AND it doesn't correct your expiration date to be one year after your current protection. Wait until expiration date of your current protection to install. Annoying that I will be two weeks short on my new protection.

Long time user of trend micro and always pleased with its performance. Not a fan of some of their recent changes, most notably having to submit to them a valid credit card, even after you've already individually purchased. They literally will mot activate your account unless you give them one. Registering my product was much more difficult this year.

I have been using Trend Micro for many years. I usually purchase one license for all my devices (I buy on eBay). This year, I purchased 1 license for 20 devices on Best Buy, but unfortunately, it's ONLY for 1 device, not 20 as advertised. I already contacted TrendMicro, tried troubleshooting, and was eventually told that the issue cannot be solved and that I am one of many with the same problem; all licenses came from Best Buy. I will wait for Trend Micro to resolve the issue, but unfortunately, all my other devices are running on an expired license with limited protection.

Trend micro is a good product that will protect your computers and mobile devices. So far is been reliable thanks trend micro.

The Trend Micro Ultimate Protection works very well. I feel covered from being attacked on the internet. I receive notice of when there is an issue and I am able to figure out who tried to scam me, take my identity, and any antivirus that hits my accounts. This product can be used on more than one site, PC, phone, tablet, etc. I recommend it to everyone for complete protection.

Always love Trend Micro for protecting all my devices, have never used anything else. My other subscription only covered 5 devices, and at this point I have 7. Was time for an upgrade, and still loving everything they offer.

Trend was easy to install and seems to be exceptionally protective. The VPN feature is especially helpful when traveling. Nice to be able to extend protection to all devices.

Have used Trend Micro for years. Easily loaded on home computer but had some trouble loading on cell phone and tablet this last time. However, tech support was able to assist.

We have been using Microsoft trend for the past 5 years at least. Easy to update every year. Can be used on more than one computer.

I love the protection provided for my multiple electronics. Best buy always have a version available at a very good price.

Excellent! I appreciate that I can use this on my laptop and my mobile phone. Its easy to install and doesn't pester you with thousands of prompts

Not much to say here, it always works and have zero issues on my PC for 5 plus years. Great product.

Pretty good, I just wish the password manager was inclusive in full. It only covers 5 entries which is a joke. I bought it with the knowledge that its all covered but I learnt too late its not.

Does what it needed to do. Reason why it’s rated low is because its renewal process sucks. You can’t just enter in a new activation code in the app. Bitdefender was the complete opposite, entered a new code when I needed to renew. Bought a new license for trend micro and the software wouldn’t let me just enter the code into the app. It took me to chrome to login, but was asking me to buy the software. I logged on a different browser to manually enter in the new license code, but for some odd reason it was not renewing from the app side. My account shows the new license (multi device, multi platform). Uninstalled and reinstalled but still did not link the license code to my app. Gave up and just went with another software. Will not be coming back.
