I bought an irobot roomba before randomly and my friend recommended this one. I actually didn’t know what to expect with this one basing it off my first robot but now I’m really impressed about how Max programs. I have a cat in my apartment and really had a hard time dealing with pet hair. I noticed Max Pet has an extra pet hair extractor which was designed to get rid of pet hair tangled and it works awesome!! It is also very easy to set up with my phone, to program remotely and schedule cleaning. The coolest thing about it is the surveillance feature! I never think of I can see my cat from a robotic vacuum app and it’s so clear and vivid through the camera. I highly recommend this to anyone on the fence about buying one and comparing it with other brands. Max really performs out of my expectation with its great price! Love Max!!!

Upon opening the box we were thrilled with the design, looks, ease of use. However, the Max seems to have extreme difficulty with corners of area rugs, traveling between chair legs, and navigating the home in the dark. It was continuously stuck due to a drive wheel off the ground or the spinning sweeper becoming lodged under a carpet or on a wall trim. Other robot vacuums we have used (Roomba and Shark) did not ever experience trouble in these same areas of our home. Even with zero clutter the Trifo seems to find ways to become stuck or lost. Basically, we had to baby sit the vacuum too much, so we returned it.

I am very happy to buy this Max AI-powered home surveillance robot vacuum。 It has more functions than my old one. It can automatically improve its work efficiency during the work process. Not only can it help me clean the house, but it also has alert notifications and automatic video recording functions. It also plays a role in security monitoring. What's more interesting is that talking to it makes my life more fun.

NICE!! No loger hair and dirt on the floor anymore!!The stuff didn't make loud and noise when working, clean very well then i never expected! Best value for this price! So lucky to have this,very helpful to saving my time!

Surprisingly this vacuum works pretty well. Normally the smart vacuums tend to screw up over time or generally stop working, but so far this is better than the competition, seems to do a much better job. If you're looking for a smart vacuum that actually vacuums up your floor and doesn't cause to many problems, this one doesn't do too bad at all. The quality of the machine itself is pretty high, as I would expect with this brand, overall I'm happy.

Max was recommended by a friend. I have used Max for about three weeks now and am very happy with it. My lab sheds a ton and I hate vacuuming. Max does the trick. Very smart patterned cleaning and easy set up.
