I currently have a Samsung Galaxy S6 so I'm used to the Android operating system. Very easy to use, fully customizable, & very fast. A++ purchase.

I was pleasantly surprised by this media player. It does everything an iPod does at about half the price.

My kids wanted an ipod we don't do apple we are more a Google Play family. Works great for kids pre teen. We bought four this year.

It is a nice unit for the price I paid,but it consumes the battery to EXCESS in my opinion. Other than that it has Android apps that perform well. The arm core isn't as fast as a Apple device but for 79.95 one cannot complain

The first one I bought like this. My Sister in law bought this product for her son and daughter on a price match, but when I bought the same thing I had to pay more. One of them had color streaks in it and had to be returned at Christmas. My son uses his for skype mostly, for that use, it is ok.

I could not ask for anything more. Compact size, lots of memory.

We bought this for our preteen boys who have been requesting iPods, we didnt want to spend the crazy amount of money so we tried these. They are great mini tablets but when my son cracked his screen the first day, the touch screen was no longer functional and I have waited several days for a response from the company regarding getting the screen repaired, with no reply. Best Buy does not do any work on the product either. As long as you product works, it is great but any damage and you are done. Also, I have not found any cases to put on the tablet to further protect it.

My Dad and I was looking for a cheap (and user friendly) MP3 player for him without buying an IPod (which I recommended). He did not like it because it turned out to be a phone. So, we returned it. Overall, would've be excellent, if that's what he wanted.

It's a nice MP3 player it downloads well and has good playback quality, I did have to return it a number of times but I finally got a player that is satisfactory in every category.

The uses for this devise must be kept to a minimum, you very much get what you pay for. An external mini SD card is a must for storage, and you will have to keep your apps to a minimum as well. Most functions are very slow, so in a lot of cases a smart phone is faster, more powerful, and more convenient. The function of playing mp3's is what most interested me, steaming isn't easy because the WiFi connection is hard to manage on this device in areas with weaker internet. Lastly the unit isn't at all durable, in under 30 days it has been broken beyond repair. One small misshap and the entire unit is useless. The concept is great, but with the weak OS, functionality, and memory, you get what you pay for.

Purchased this for my teenage son and he loves it. Just like a cell phone without phone service.

I was looking for an MP3 player and having it as a tablet was an added value. Would give a 5 star but a couple times it has locked up. Other than that it's great.

Got it for my niece, she loves it! Her brother, parents and other relatives gave her other gifts but this is all she plays with.

returned the item. you can not get a case for this item and battery does not last long. an old iphone or galaxy would work better for a kid anyway

chose these for gifts for the boys ages 10 & 11 their first ones, I liked the feature to tx to cell phones for no cost, and the screen size, the only con if the battery life, only 3 hrs. needs much improvement here. I did not get to hear the sound, so no comment.

This item has comparable spec to higher end tablets. Got this for my son for his birthday. Started it up everything logged in and synced up nicely. Real fast processor. HD movies looked amazing. Everything was great but the battery only lasted about 2 hrs. 3 weeks into using this device the boot sequence kept getting slower and slower until finally it just got stuck. Game over mini tab no longer works. Took it back to Best Buy. They gave me my money back in store credit so I could buy something better. Trio 4.3 - 2 stars. Best Buy service - 5 stars.

After searching for a decent media player, we happened on this one -- and, I have to say, we are completely satisfied. We use it for our stored music and it works like a charm.

All I wanted was something that would play music while at work. This thing is a CELL PHONE minus the calling feature. When hooked up to wifi it is continuously updating everything from apps to emails and it freezes alot.

This is good for younger kids who don't know how fast other products have become. I would have given it a four if the battery lasted longer. As it stands now, that battery is a serious issue!!!

I like all the features. The looks is very fancy. The compact feeling when holding the unit is good.
