My grandma loves it!!!! It's easy to use and great a price. She has all her siblings trying to get one.

The device is of poor quality and it is slow. I should have spent a extra few dollars and gotten a better tablet.

We bought this as a more affordable option as compared to iPod. Luckily we purchased the replacement plan because we had to return it twice in two months due to cracked screen. Unlike the iPod, you can not use it at all if screen cracks. She did not drop it or misuse it/ it just cracked during normal use. She (14 yr old) also complained that it was slow and apps crash frequently.

Great device for getting access to the Google Play Store and the popular apps that are available. SiriusXM, TWC App, HBOGo, Netflix, and many more available. Was not complicated to install Google Play store on the device. I have to shutdown apps on the device frequently to keep it from getting laggy and sluggish due to the limited amount of memory. Also nice to also have the Amazon store already pre-loaded for the free App of the Day they have available.

Slow but good for minimal uses. Good on the go where you can pick up a signal

This unit is good however it lacks the ability to upgrade software for Android. Also, it has a small hard drive at 4 GB, it's very limited. If it wasn't for the Micro SD card, it would be worthless. Overall satisfied but there are not many ANdoird MP3 Players out there.

Enjoy this product good for the price. It has all the features you need and downloads are easy. Only complaint is the screen breaks easily on them buy the protection.

I purchased it for my teen son for the apps he wanted on android system. He already has an IPOD. He enjoyed it and we were able to find a way for him to get access to actual playstore apps which was even better. It did not come with playstore. I would have given more stars and as for the price great but it has no way for case and the screen cracked and it was done. So even paying for the warranty was not worth it because it was the cost of the product. So now it looks like we have to find another or something different that can have a case.

Placed all my wife's favorite songs and my grandkids favorite songs in different playlists and play them thru a FM CONVERTER so they can listen to them in the car. Works better than trying to keep up with CDs

The thing is a lot cheaper than its low price. It's slow, the screen isn't very clear, and it's not worth the plastic it's made of. I should ask for my money back.

We got this device for our son to use as an mp3 player but also for periodic web browsing at school. So far he really likes it. He only complains that the battery could last longer but for the price it is great. If he loses it or breaks it we will not be out the cost of an itouch.

the main thing I always tell people is know what you're buying before you buy it, this is a great little gaming device/portable media player, as in music and video, you only get about 5 hours of battery which is low for a tablet, but for $50 not bad. So all things aside this is a great little tablet, but it's a second tablet or a teens tablet, not for primary use by a businessman.

Froze up after one month. Everything else I liked about it. Easy set up. Good battery life, apps and screen. The screen scratches easy though.

I bought this MP3 player for my nine-year-old who wanted an iPod for his birthday. There's no way I was spending that kind of money on such a young kid. He loves it just the same because really he wanted to listen to music and play games like his older brother. Simple and easy to use.

I purchased this for my dad, who is a bit technologically challenged. He needed something to listen to his audio books on. I deleted all the apps that came pre installed and downloaded the only app he needed for his audio books. For that purpose once you get the app loaded it is great. It takes forever to load and I would imagine if you put additional apps on it, or intend to use it as a hand held tablet, you would be very disappointed.

I purchased this for my 11 year old so he would have a distraction when we go places that "take forever". I also purchased a 32GB memory card. We download games/books from Amazon and the Trio website. It's been perfect. The battery life could be better.. I purchased the Best Buy warranty with this - and I am glad I did!

Bought this for my older teen son for Christmas. He loves it! It is android based (you get google play store apps) and connects to wi-fi. The screen is large enough he can see things easily, but the overall device is small enough he can easily carry it around when he goes hiking, bike riding, or fishing. It also has a microSD card slot which will take up to a 32GB card, so lots of space for music and anything else he wants. He has used it to run skype when he plays his online game on the computer and says it works great for that. He did get different headphones for it, as the ones they come with (like with any other MP3 player) are not the greatest.

From the very first time I eagerly opened the box I had a problem. The instructions indicated that I needed to charge the battery and showed a charger. But there was no charger in the package. Contacted customer support first thing in the morning, and in a condescending tone, informed me that it didn't need a a/c charger, but to use a USB charger. The next two calls were for clarification on the instruction sheet how to use the device. Customer Support did not know their own product and had to guess what the answers were. Very, very disappointed with the customer support personel.

First unit worked well, then developed a problem with maintaining a charge off of wall charging unit. Exchanged out for another unit , worked well until the SD card inadverdently fell out.. That created a problem as all my music was on the card. Big question was what could cause the card to come loose.

This product is a cheaper version of an ipad. It has wifi and fast internet speed. It has great audio quality. It is highly portable and can fit into a pocket. It lets you download apps, games, music, and videos. On the one hand the battery life is a bit short. Just keep the batter fully charged. Otherwise, great product.
