I bought the Neo as a sustainable replacement for my old Incase laptop backpack, and it feels like an upgrade! It fits comfortably without feeling too bulky, even when it's completely packed with my laptop and gym clothes when I'm walking for long stretches. For reference, I am 5’7” and 160 pounds. The design looks premium but has a ton of utility, and the rust color is a subtle, feminine touch that gives the bag a bit of character. I especially love the water bottle sleeve for quick access while I’m commuting and luggage strap for a carry break in the airport.

I purchased this as a graduation gift for my daughter. She uses it for everything from international travel to work. Her job requires her to visit different clients and the Neo fits all her supplies and is lightweight, polished, yet durable. The rust color is so gorgeous. I took some photos of it after her two week trek in Europe and when it’s prepped for work - looks new!! She has her laptop, gym shoes, change of clothes and work supplies (she’s a behavior therapist).

I've traveled and commuted with a lot of different backpacks and this is my favorite so far! It’s just the right size, not bulky. There’s plenty of room and lots of pockets to keep things organized. Plus, it's easy to clean and already got me some compliments. Only downside is that it only fits smaller water bottles in the side pockets.

Love this backpack. Got it as a gift for my partner and he uses it everyday. Love the color and size. Great for many uses but he uses to commute.
