I ended watching True Blood due to a friend review of the show. He is not the guy that enjoyed vampire stuff and he was hooked with it. It is a very entertaining show and my wife (which i kind of forced her to watch - she does not enjoy much vampire stuff) she enjoyed it a lot. We never got the chance to see it on HBO. glad it was not a waste of money.

Love how you get the digital copy and regular DVD version as well for when you have friends that would like to borrow it that may not have Blu Ray! Great product for its value!

i've only seen a few episodes of this now 'classic' series. looking forward to watching from the beginning...

I absolutely loved the first season of 'True Blood' it's what started this incredible series! The price was affordable @ under $20 too! I highly recommend watching!

This show is great! And season 1 is one of the better ones. It lost some of its greatness in the middle seasons, but gets back to it later again!

The first and perhaps best season of "True Blood" gets a nice visual bump in the Blu-ray format, though it's not exactly a night-to-day upgrade. The bonus features are fine, though the commentaries don't add much to the experience. If you can handle the blood, guts and gutter language, the well-crafted show is worth a look.

i love True Blood and can't get enough it has it all great actors, great story lines and great location i bought the whole series that night so well worth it

very entertaining without feeling it's a rip off of what came before. I had to Collect all the seasons after watching a few episodes

Why do all good shows come to an end? Trueblood, Dexter, and I'm dreading the end of Game of Thrones.

Just as good as the others, even though the movies do not follow the books, they are still good to watch.
