This is by far one of the comfiest chairs I have ever owned/sat in. The only down fall is that it's not sitting level one side is lower but otherwise amazing chair!!!

When I spent $200 for a chair I assumed the company that had made it did some QA. Brought the first chair home from the store and opened the box. The first piece I pulled out of the plastic wrap, which was the wheel base was very scratched up and one of the plastic caps that cover the ends of this piece was cracked on the surface, had the notch that holds it in place broken off and the glue that was supposed to hold it in place was... well... not glued. Thinking I got a defective unit I returned it to the store to get another one. When I got this one home (the last one the store had), I pulled all the pieces out of the plastic wrap and was pleased to find that everything seemed to be new and shinny. Took me about 30 minutes to get it all together and was ready to sit down in comfort as I had on the store showroom model... Sat down and I felt something was odd... it took me a minute to figure it out but I realized that the chair leans a bit more than slightly to the right. Thinking I had put it together wrong or that some piece just hadnt snapped yet I looked underneath and was sadface to discover that the weld that hold the base of the seat to the shaft of the chair was a bit more than slightly off, which was exacerbated the further away from the weld the chair goes up. Now the chair is less comfortable than my 12 year old broken chair I was replacing. As I write this I can feel a knot forming in my back (the back support was the reason I got this specific chair). Now to go back for a third time to the store which takes me about an hour round trip to return the chair... But oh no!!! the base is stuck to the shaft so it wont fit in my truck unless I take the topper off... I'm sure there are chairs that work like they are supposed to as I sat in one at the store (why cant i have that one) but 2 defective chairs in a row means either I should play the lottery today or the company has poor QA.

We just recently replaced our 4 year old computer chair with this chair and what a difference. A great chair with great comfort.

Very attractive look and the leather is worth the premium over the usual vinyl. Assembly was easy, the instructions clear and the parts well marked. Use caution opening the box as the rear cushion is at the top with nothing above it so a knife or box cutter can cause damaged.

The chair is great. It has a feature where you can lean back or you can lock it where the chair sits straight up. Probably the best feature. The "leather" is nice and comfortable and overall the quality is very nice. THe only thing is sometimes it might get a little hot from your body. Just stand up for 5 min and it will be fine. Its not terrible. I suggest this product.

It is a great chair for me. After I sit on this chair, I felt so comfortable. Sometime, I would fall sleep on it.

I love this chair. It is so comfortable while being ergonomic at the same time and is beautiful to look at.

I enjoy sitting in this chair, I can be cross legged, sit upright, how ever I want!

Nice chair, however silverbase base and arm rests are plastic with silver paint. The paint is prone to chiping. Bought two chairs, one already had a chip on the base out of the box.

I have been using this chair for over a month and really like it. The only thing that is not comfortable is that it is leather and can become very warm, but that is because of the material, not the fault of the chair itself.

I've read the reviews prior to purchasing this about a year ago. I went ahead and bought it online, assembled it and have been using it almost 1 year. Its a very nice chair, it was originally comfortable but I experienced that the seat cushion wears down quick. I can press down about 1/4" and feel the hard material. Maybe "lighter weight" people do not have this problem but 6'3 240 lb guy, it gets very uncomfortable on my lower back and I do not have back problems. I ended up going to the store to buy a seat cushion and that reminded me to write this review. So heavier people....beware of this lack of butt comfort!

Like the chair, was a gift for my brother. He is a bigger man and the 2" wider was perfect. Assemble was not too hard. Leather is very nice.

My husband and I recently purchased this executive chair. It was easy to follow the inserted instructions. We purchased this chair for our home office and looks incredible!

VERY DISAPPOINTED. NOT ONLY DOES IT LEAN TO THE RIGHT BUT THE BOLT HOLES AREN'T ALIGNED CAUSING THE SEAT AND ARMS TO BE OUT OF ALIGNMENT. THE STITCHING IS LESS THAN IMPRESSIVE. NOT WORTH THE $200 I PAID FOR IT.

I am very pleased with my new chair. It is the very best.

We ordered two of these chairs. One assembled well, but the other had a cracked arm. Thus far the working one has turned out well, but I am concerned that the "bonded leather" is a marketing term for fake leather and that one was broken.

After a few months, the "leather" arms of the chair began to break apart and flake off. I contacted True Innovations customer service and was put on a waiting list for the replacement parts. Several months have gone by and I continue to be told that the replacement parts will be sent to me shortly. True Innovations sells cheap, low quality chairs from China and apparently has no interest in standing behind their products. I strongly recommend that you buy another brand!

The chair "look" like so many other office type chairs. I've already noticed that the cushion is not as soft as I would prefer, perhaps a sign of things to come, sore butt?
