    We purchased this for my husband's 1992 Ford Ranger. It's basically a "plug & go" design in the cigarette lighter, which is great for a truck without an aux outlet. He can listen to his Spotify through his phone on a radio station through the speakers.

    The transmitter came out of the power source constantly. The volume levels would be low and then go very high. I would not recommend.

    I use this adapter in my older car to hook-up my I-pod nano. it works great, great sound through your FM radio. Only complaint is that it has a tendency to come unplugged from the power outlet. I think it may be a bit too heavy. otherwise works great.

    I would go with this one over a Bluetooth one. The aux cord being connected to the phone makes it sound better and louder. I love this one.

    Does a good job of adapting modern electronics to old cars. Pro: plenty of FM Channels to pick from. CON: Does not simultaneously charge phone as some brands do.
