This company (Intuit) is innovative and reliable. This particular product of theirs is like having a relaxed personal interview with a Tax Advisor, then letting them take it and make all the necessary calculations. Takes all the stress out of doing my taxes. I have used their products for over twenty years now, and glad I choose them.

Turbo Tax is easy to use, guides you along the way and checks for accuracy when completed. I purchase the Deluxe CD every year.

Have used it for over 15 years, easy to go through as it imports vital information from previous year. Not always accurate as it sometimes misses some small item that IRS will contact you about if it affects your payment or refund. Filing electronically is simple although State filing costs additional and can be paid through TurboTax online. No Tax Preparation software is 100% accurate, even those by paid tax preparers. As long as you enter information correctly, and truthfully, there is no negative issue with the IRS. TurboTax tries to get you to automatically renew for the next year. Decline that as it is more expensive than buying off the shelf. Overall a good, easy to use program.

Have used this product for many years. It is easy to install, easy to use, historically accurate but a little bit pricey.

The Turbo Tax CD is makes taxes easier to do. It has a lot of checks and double checks to ensure greater accuracy.

Loved how it walked you through all possible tax cuts and how easy it was to use. I just wish it would let you e-file your State taxes for free. That is the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars.

Turbo tax is a great product and it makes filing taxes relatively simple. I have used Turbo tax for over a decade now and have not encountered any problems or issues. It’s broken down in simple steps that are easy to follow and at the end it goes over every pages to make sure there are no errors It has improved over the years cause now you can chat with tax experts if needed.

Been using Turbox Tax for a looooong time and have never had an issue. My friend used to use a CPA but after I showed her how easy it is and that I came up with the same numbers as the CPA, she ditched the CPA. TruboTax helped me understand how taxes are fairly straightforward and simple (for most people). Also paying a few dollars for TurboTax beats spending five hundred for a CPA to do simple math (again for most people).

Works the same every year, good product but tries to trick you into paying for things you don’t need.

very easy to install and use i've used turbo tax the past 5 years or so and always got great results

This is the first time I have used software to prepare my returns. The TurboTax program facilitated the entire process, and I did not have to recreate new forms each time I opted to modify a form. The download process from the CD was fast. Next year I may download the software directly from the Web. Being able to complete both federal and state returns from the same set of input data was also quite helpful.

I found this software easy to use and it found a lot of credits for me to get a larger refund.

I use TurboTax every year. It’s the best by far! User-friendly, updated, and so helpful!

I buy it every year even though there is hardly any improvements. Necessary if you like to prepare your own tax returns

I have used TTax Delux for years. It is a great program if you are not an investor that buys/sells stocks a lot. There Sched D works fine for a "small time" guy like me. My caution is you must be patient & read prompts/questions very carefully. Do this to avoid the "garbage in-garbage out" principle and you will be ok.

Easy to use. Plenty of options to help maximize your deductions. In use it every year.
