I have used turbotax for the last 5 or 6 years. Im happy with it. I like the feature that allows you to import needed data from last years return.

It was easy to use, just alot of updates and was really hard to see that the state e- file wasn't included. Overall it was good.

I find TurboTax easy to use and reliable. I have purchased the Deluxe version from Best Buy via Download without any issues.

Easy to use and it help guide me very well. It offers help with deductions and I was able to get my max refund.

Had a lot of difficulty installing the online version. It took over an hour on the phone with TurboTax customer service to get it installed. Once that was accomplished, the program worked well as usual. Would prefer to be able to buy a CD version as in previous years, as never had the above problem with the CD version.

I have been using TurboTax for about 20 years now. Love ease of doing my taxes. I highly recommend it for everyone.

Turbo tax is very easy to use. It guides you thru everything and it fills out all the forms you need and prints them out for you. All you do is answer the questions they ask you and turbotax does the rest. It also saves you money by alerting you to items that you might not think about or know about when doing your taxes. I would highly recommend this produce.

I’ve been using TurboTax for a couple of years now and have been buying it online from BestBuy. It is ready to download in just a couple of minutes and never had any problems. Very easy to follow instructions. I do get my state and federal refunds in less than a month by filing online. Highly recommended.

I hate that it doesn't link with my previous TurboTax account online. It was sort of easy to use till I kept running to submission issues but I was able to figure it out. It might be my last time using this software.

Easy to use! I've used TurboTax software for decades now and if you are still paying tax pros to file single you need to start using this and saving yourself 150 bucks. Its quick and easy and usually only takes minutes to do and you will get your refund quick if you are due one.

Have been doing turbotax for years. It is easy to use and helpful. But feel that the IRS should do their own tax software so that companies such as Intuit can't take advantage of taxpayers for their own profits!

My husband prefers using this tax program. It is familiar to him, easy for him to carry over from one year to the next. I appreciate that I can use Best Buy rewards to reduce the cost of purchasing the tax program. Since it is digital it is ready to use after confirmation of purchase.
