this is my first time to do tax by myself， the software really easy to use， step by step ， you never going to lose any you forgot， only state efile need to pay addition fee im not happy nothing else

It was easy to use, just alot of updates and was really hard to see that the state e- file wasn't included. Overall it was good.

Easy to use and it help guide me very well. It offers help with deductions and I was able to get my max refund.

Had a lot of difficulty installing the online version. It took over an hour on the phone with TurboTax customer service to get it installed. Once that was accomplished, the program worked well as usual. Would prefer to be able to buy a CD version as in previous years, as never had the above problem with the CD version.

Step by step guidance. I’ve used a few competitors and keep coming back to Turbo Tax. I have a pretty easy portfolio to review and Tirbo Tax has always done the job.

Turbo tax is very easy to use. It guides you thru everything and it fills out all the forms you need and prints them out for you. All you do is answer the questions they ask you and turbotax does the rest. It also saves you money by alerting you to items that you might not think about or know about when doing your taxes. I would highly recommend this produce.

Been using turbotax for years and never had any regrets. We always get the best returns and for the price it is hard to beat. Bummer the disk option wasn't available at the time I purchased it but the download went flawless.

I’ve been using TurboTax for a couple of years now and have been buying it online from BestBuy. It is ready to download in just a couple of minutes and never had any problems. Very easy to follow instructions. I do get my state and federal refunds in less than a month by filing online. Highly recommended.

I hate that it doesn't link with my previous TurboTax account online. It was sort of easy to use till I kept running to submission issues but I was able to figure it out. It might be my last time using this software.

Have been doing turbotax for years. It is easy to use and helpful. But feel that the IRS should do their own tax software so that companies such as Intuit can't take advantage of taxpayers for their own profits!

Easy to use! I've used TurboTax software for decades now and if you are still paying tax pros to file single you need to start using this and saving yourself 150 bucks. Its quick and easy and usually only takes minutes to do and you will get your refund quick if you are due one.
