I love turbo tax been using these products 25 yrs!! And Best Buy’s digital prams are easy to download and my app keeps track of my purchase and the code for the programs.

Great software. I used the digitial version. No issues. After downloading. It lets you run a update. Then, off you go. I filed jointly. It was able to transfer my info from last years. Then I just put in my new numbers. We are retired when our own home. So took standard deduction. Simple. FI EFILED. And got our refunds in less than two weeks. Love turbo tax. Been using for many years. Basic computor skills only required.

Great support team. Filing electronically is very quick...IRS/State responses are given within a couple of days!

I have been using Intuit TurboTax for tax preparation for 15+ years, and there has never been an IRS problem. The product is very easy to after the first experience. The product has always been available at Best Buy the week following Christmas and I start the new year off with tax return prep. Refunds are usually received the last half of February.

I have been using this for many years now and it's always accurate, even went to a tax accountant to make sure the numbers were good and they were exactly the same, so yes I definitely recommend the TurboTax
