    The TurboTax - Deluxe Federal 2019 - Windows [Digital] is my standby income tax tool. I tried the online version once, but I didn't like it.

    I purchased the Federal return and then choose to add the state return later. State return was more than the Federal and it did not even give me the opportunity to go through the return entry by entry. And in the end it is missing a few things that I can not even add. Now I have to do it manually. Very disappointed!

    This downloaded software did not work at all! Worse, there is no one to call to help. I followed instructions exactly as specified in email and received code, however code DID NOT WORK! Thank you to turbotax representative who after much trying to get the code to work with no luck had to give me a courtesy code to get my taxes done. Never again!!
