    Easy to use tax software, especially if you've used it before. Each year, new convenience features make this better. Just be sure to be on a relatively current OS. if you're on older macs, i think there's an OS limitation but not a big deal if you stay current with updates.

    I’ve used TurboTax for years. It is a great program. My only complaint is that if one needs to talk to a real, live person (for instance to resolve a problem with one’s account), it is difficult to find a phone number.

    Easy download and straightforward to use. I had already started my return online, so I chatted with Turbo Tax to get the credit transferred over and it worked great. Will purchase from Best Buy again!

    I use TurboTax every year. 2019 I purchased an iPad Pro thought I could purchase cd to upload and to no avail I found out I was unable after calling TurboTax. I couldn’t get thru to Best Buy. To this day I’m been unable to get a refund or replacement code. ANNOYED. Anyhow I don’t recommend not buying but try to get more knowledge before buying for different operating systems.
