Hence, we have used TurboTax Home & Business for over 15 years ever since we got rid of our expensive accountant. Best decision we ever made! The program is easy to install and use. Anyone can follow the step by step guidance and prompts to enter all tax documents and data needed to file one’s taxes. Sure, it will take a few hours to thoroughly go through every section to the end, but TurboTax makes this annual task pretty stress-free.

I have used TurboTax for 20-30 years and have always been pleased and impressed with how simple the tax return preparation process can be. I was not aware that the on-line and desk-top versions are different which caused some confusion and extra work on my part. I also found that some questions were not as self-explanatory as I expected which caused confusion and extra work. The positive side is that TurboTax (or the parent firm, Intuit) provides good support for both programming and accounting issues. Unlike the IRS, they are knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and willing to assist until they are confident that customers understand and can complete a correct return.

All details are easy to follow. This is my 4th year to bought this excellent product, worth it.

I have been using TurboTax for the past 10+ years and it has worked well for my tax returns. It integrates with Quicken, reads data from the previous year TurboTax filing, and downloads W-2 data. It is has been an excellent solution for my tax filing needs and I will continue to purchase TurboTax as it eases the burden of tax preparation and filing.

I've been using TurboTax for years without any kind of problem, but this year it failed to download one of my statements from my broker. I had two statements showing capital gains and a loss from two different accounts at same broker. It downloaded one and not the other. Fortunately when I checked over the return I caught the omission. Once I realized what had happened it was easy to enter the transactions manually. I do intent to use TT again next year.
