The software worked really good for the most part. Just had a few times where the software would freeze up, so I'd have to restart it. When I did restart, I could start where I left off with no data loss. The one major issue I had with TurboTax is that their support crew is really hit or miss. I got bad information from their representatives three out of the four times I called them!

I've been using Turbotax products for years. I like how it loads my personal information from the last tax return to the new one. Great time saver. I also like how it shows comparisons from prior years to the current year.

I been using turbotax for the last three or four years and it is so much cheaper than going to a place that charges hundreds of dollars. It's not totally easy, but not that hard either.

This is the ONLY tax software I use each year and it just gets better an easier ... Does it try to get me to buy more features sure ... it it’s East to click no an move on ... this is the software for your taxes done right and fast!

Turbo Tax video for do-it-yourselfers is the best one I have bought and done Federal and State taxes for the money. I recommend it to anyone due to the fact it walks you through the steps and ensures you have completed it correctly!

Appreciate it that it pulls forward all the info from last year. Also, since it asks me questions and fills out the form I no longer need to read through all the instristructions

I use Turbo Tax each year and last year I became a Home Consultant and was worried I wouldn't be able to do my own taxes. This version walked me through everything and made it so easy. I know what I will be buying next year.

Purchase Turbo Tax every year. Easy to follow step by step directions. Has review section to double check for any missed opportunities or if something is not consistent with numbers that were entered. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Great product , particularly if you have used prior versions to simply data input. Still takes a little bit of to understanding, but love the instant gratification of knowing taxes implications with every entry.

Turbo Tax 2019 was all I expected it to be . The software walks you through the various topics one by one, thoroughly covering the necessary-subjects. Most questions are anticipated and dealt with when needed. As progress is made , you can always return to various tabs As needed. It is a worth while investment.

I've used TurboTax home and business for years now. I like the fact that you can stop and pick up where you left off instead of needing to finish in the usual one to two hours with a given appointment.
