I like intuit turbotax Premier for its ease of use and modern-looking UI, which hasn't really changed much over the years, making it easy doing the taxes year-by-year using this software. I only wished it did a better job for 1099-MISC entries. That's more difficult than it should be. I purchased the digital (download) version of this product, and it worked beautifully. Within 5 minutes after purchase, I received the download key from Best Buy. Worked like a charm.

The product is great. But, we had an install problem with the download. BestBuy's backup was horrible. But, Intuit has great backup.

I use Turbotax for all my family tax needs. It's easy to understand and straightforward. Buying from Bestbuy was simple, and cheaper than buying from Turbotax. I got the download code within an hour or so of purchase. 1 downside: You are only buying the ability to prep (not file) taxes federal and 1 state tax return. If you have investments in multiple states You cant check to see if you need to file until after you buy and start prepping for that state. e-filing is an additional $25 per state (Federal is free)

I have used TurboTax for years, and I typically pick up a copy during one of my Best Buy visits. But with the Lockdown, I decided to try a Digital Download. It worked great! The process was simple, the directions were explicit, and I installed the product without a hitch. TurboTax itself was identical to last year. I had seen them advertising a Live review and consultation with Tax Pros... but they don't advertise that this is at additional cost. (I did NOT utilize it). I was very happy with this purchase.

Awesome product, there was a little delay due to certain forms not released yet by the IRS, but not TurboTax's Fault. Loved it.

Turbo tax is easy to use. Walks you through every step. It gives you updates on your filing status.

Have used HR Block for many years also used for 2019 taxes. It insisted I couldn't eFile and would have to print & mail my return due to some entries regarding inherited IRA's. In desperation I purchased TurboTax Premier to see if it was possible it would eFile. YES it did! I will no longer use Block and now will be using TurboTax.

Have used Turbo Tax over last 10 years, never a surprise. Very thorough. Turbo Tax has gotten better over the years, much more intuitive now than ever before. Very easy to use, it will direct you through best paths to fair and error-free tax returns. Heartily recommend this software for Federal & State Income Tax filing.

I got the Premier Federal + State for Windows (digital). Just download and install with no issue. The app is easy to use. There are 2 ways to file: straight to forms or Q&A. I wish TurboTax has a Premier Federal only (without state). It would save me some money since I do not need the State.

I had used turbotax for decades. I like that it walks you step-by-step on all possible tax scenarios so you don't have to worry about missing anything. It also does the math for you and the license is good up to 5 submissions (great for the family). I call it "automagic" tax filing.

In an effort to reduce waste, I opted to just download the software from a website. The hardest part of this was figuring out how to download it. This might just be operator error and I was eventually successful after a few frustrating tries. The instructions were unclear and I kept being sent to the free Turbo Tax version. Otherwise, it was business as usual. Turbo Tax makes complicated taxes a little less so. Recommend the product.

I've used turbo tax for years and have never been disappointed. Simple easy q and a makes this perfect for filling taxes... just as long as your taxes are not complicated with multiple investments, real estate, e.t.c.... built for the average middle income person or families.

Been using TT for several years now. Don't know how I'd ever go back to writing everything into those forms again. Easy to download, easy to install, easy to use! I wont even consider using another program this one is that good!

It's good, cheaper than going to one of those tax preparation services, but it is still quite expensive buying the download. I like that you can do it yourself rather than have someone else do it for you.

It's a great software for almost everybody. Surely beats having to work with a lazy accountant. All processes are self explanatory and I have been using turbo tax for the past 5 - 6 years with no problems. Highly recommend.

Turbo Tax has been a good product for several years. I have used it for the last 5 or so years and have not had any issues. It is easy to install and guides you through the tax process.
