Worked great, but misleading

I still had to pay an 'efile' fee of 25 for state though. If i want i can print it out and mail it to avoid the fee. Name of product made it sound like the federal and state would be covered and wouldnt have any other fees. Just be aware of that. Its hard to not get through turbotax with extra fees.

Convenient, does what it's supposed to

I've been using TurboTax for years and it's convenient for me to continue using since I'm familiar with the interface.

Good but doesn’t include e-filing

Good tax software.

I've never had a problem with the software and I find it easy and intuitive to use. (It should be after all these years.) I always save a digitally printed version of old returns for reference as the software eventually becomes obsolete.

We’ve always done our own taxes and each year we seem to have something new that makes them slightly different or more complex and this walks you right through it.

No return on this item

So it pretty much threw my money away since I ended up using the online version and had to pay for that too.

Purchased for Mac, doesn't run on Mac

I have a bit older Mac and after getting a run around on the phone and being routed to the online site that just tried to sell me more products, I had to use a friend's PC to utilize this.
