The game wasn't that bad. But, it could have been a lot better if they had done 3 things. One, let you see your objectives on during game play, so you don't have to pause the game all the time. And to make the controls a little less sluggish. And finally get rid of the lag in single player mode. Also it seemed to me that the Colt .45 was the one of the best guns in the game. I could pick off enemies halfway across the map with it

ok, so the AI can be stupid and there are bugs but the overall plot and weapons make the game worth purcahsing especiall because of its budget price tag. Go pick it up!

This has to be hands down the most disappointing game I’ve purchased this year. I actually got the game shortly after its release and unfortunately I had not yet seen a review. The premise of this game is solid. Alternate WWII games just have an allure to them. However, the execution of this game is downright pathetic, starting with the story. You are a construction worker in New York who through the course of 3 missions (that’s right…3) you save the United States… ***SPOILER*** ***SPOILER*** ***SPOILER*** …then you die. Come one. The developers realized it was such a bad game, they killed off the main character so there is no chance of a sequel. Now for the game play. The controls of Turning Point are comparable to most WWII shooters, but the feel is a little sluggish. The graphics are nothing special either. There are some cool weapons but they are always where you need them and the game is so short, you only use some of the cooler ones once. All in all, there is literally no replay value. Save your money and rent it. I promise you that it can be beaten in one afternoon…probably multiple times.

I love FPS games. This one is absolutely terrible. The character movement is sluggish. The weapons are lame. The AI is literally more dumb than a box of rocks.... Graphics are archaic. Please do not waste your money on this game.

i haven't been this excited about a game since medal of honor first came out. i saw the trailers on this game and knew that i had to have this one. now, i wish i had waited a few more days and read the reviews before i bought it. the game is almost arcadish. it's too slow movement wise, the graphics are bad, and so far, it hasn't been much fun at all to play. i could have sworn this game said it was from the makers of Call of Duty - perhaps i'm wrong, but if that's the case, i wouldn't repeat that anymore. i've been playing call of duty 4 as of recent, and i was hoping this game would be as good as that, but it's not. if you were thinking of buying this, don't, buy call of duty 4 if you haven't already done so - you won't be disappointed. next game on my list - mlb 08 - the show!

Turning point is one of the best games ever this year with its originality and a memorable expierience. The graphics are a little weak but its like a 1950's comic book which I like about it. The weapons are really cool because there based off of post WWII weapons. The story is really good and you will love to grapple enemies because it is so much fun. The opening of all those blimps and planes is greet all while you navigate down a half finished sky scraper. You will love this game.

overall bad game first 5 levels have a siren blaring and you have no idea what is going on you cant tell what your objective is. if your thinking about buying this or even renting it DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

On hardest only took a few hours leaving me feeling disappointed. Weapon selection is poor as well. If you drop a weapon and decide you want it back. Too bad. It vaporizes. I wish I could take the game back and return it because it was definitely not work 60 dollars. It would be worth 20 dollars if that. I expected a better game play then what is presented. Some instances its next to impossible to get close to aim.

I have to say this game is the biggest dissapointment i have ever experienced in regards to games. The movies showing it off look great but the graphics and the game itself are aweful. There is no storyline first off, no plot no anything. They advertise it like theres a great story, nope, none nadda. Graphics would not even push the limits on a reglular X-box. I will never buy another codemasters game again. The controls are fine, but the movements are sloppy to say the least. I've never seen so much lag in a game ever, and i'm not talking about online, i'm talking about single player. I guess the best advice i can give is anyone that gave this a 5 either just watched the video or works for codemasters. They should be ashamed of this garbage.

i was really excited about getting this game. after i got it i played it for like a week. you get so tired of the game after like a week.

great game, u have to get it. its the best out there. you'll love it, guaranteed.
