Great sound, short life

My son takes very good care of them and uses only new brand name batteries. The sound started cutting out, then within a couple days it stopped all together. So disappointed this happened but I know Best Buy will take care of us. We did buy the Geek Squad Protection so I'm sure they'll help us. Guess we know where we're going tomorrow! Time for a different set.

Complicated

Was not aware would be soo complicated to set up! My son also has one of thiose stereo chairs so would end up having so many wires that it was not worth it to keep. We never was able to set up so can't give a review of quality. Wasn't tlill 3rd trip to store and request to ONLY deal with manager that I could get answers needed;( do your homework WELL before investing. Just wasn't for us.

bad sound and feedback

We had to return the first one because it did not work. They replaced it, but we had to wait for it to be shipped to us. The new one worked OK for 2 weeks. The sound quality is now terrible for him to hear and for other people there is a bad echo
