Customers commend the Ear Force P12 headset for its excellent sound quality, comfortable fit, and good value for the price. Many appreciate the long cord length and the generally comfortable design. While some users wish for independent chat volume control, the overall experience is considered positive. The headset's compatibility with various devices is also a plus for many buyers.

My son has no complaints about it. He was happy w/ the color, he like the mic, the sound quality is good. His opinion matters cause he's the only one using it. I've had to tell him to turn it down as not to blow his eardrums out, but overall good product. He's happy, I'm happy!

These sound good, both on my end and to my friends online (tip: if you want some idea how the mic sounds to everyone else, record an audio message to a friend and listen back to it; you can discard it without sending.) They are crisp, tight sounding phones, with deeper bass than you might expect for the price. I am sure if you measured them in a lab they would not show a flat response, with some hyping in the high end to emphasize all the clicks and clacks of gun reloads, but they are very clear and not fatiguing. Adjust them right and you'll be comfortable for hours, since the cups surround your ears, resting on the sides of the head, rather than the ears themselves. They cut out room noise very well, and the pads are covered in a mesh fabric instead of that awful leatherette stuff that flakes off headphones in a few months. They didn't get hot over the summer. My only beef is with the little amp/controller module. They've set it three or four feet down the cable, so when you're sitting playing it dangles somewhere between your shins and the floor; you have to hoist it up by the cable to adjust it. The controls for volume and bass boost are on the sides of this module, so they hit clothing/chairs/knees on the way past. Try to avoid this by balancing it in your lap and the ultra bright blue LED can be a bit of a distraction. There's no control for mixing party chat and game audio -- you do this in the PS4's menus. Lastly, when you engage the mute switch, it makes a helluva boom. The cable's a good length; I sit about 12 feet from the PS4. USB power means no dealing with irreplaceable rechargeable batteries, no shoddy compressed Bluetooth audio, no drain on your controller. It'd be nice to see the amp/control box updated in the next version, but the headset is still a solid buy (on sale) because of the lasting comfort and punchy sound.

When I was looking for a headset I was curious about getting this one. I was told that it was one that would connect to the controller and that it was a good one so i bought it. After having used it a for a bit I can say that it is really good. It does not connect to the controller, however, instead it connects into one of the ps4's usb ports. It comes with a cord that is pretty long so you be pretty back while having it on. The sound is great and option to mute and volume controls are very helpful. I would really recommend this to any one looking for a ps4 headset.

My son loves video games so I bought him this headset for Christmas. They are comfortable and easy to use. The sound is good but not as great as more expensive sets. The wire is long enough to move about in a decent sized room, but that is also a problem being it is wired. All in all it is a good headset and my son seems to be really happy with them.

Adjustable band makes these headphones fit any size head perfectly. The sound quality is amazing! The in line controls that allow the volume to be adjusted and the mic to be turned on or off are very convenient and useful. The cord to plug into the PS4 is more than long enough to play comfortably. Great value for the money and overall a wonderful product, highly recommended!

Although these are wired headphones the cord is plenty long enough to move around. The sound is great and these headphones are comfortable to wear for long periods of time. there is a on off button on the side along with volume and mic sound controls.

Got these for my daughters ps4 (she didn't need surround thank god ) she seems to like them over others she's had. Said they were comfortable and clear, separate volume control is nice and nice long cord. Like the title says nice basic stereo set

I bought this primarily to play Elder Scrolls Online for the PS4. Great headphones with a built-in module that lets you control volume, bass, and microphone. Some observations: -headphones are not "private." Meaning other people can hear the sounds coming out of the headphones unless you put volume at lower levels. -Wired. The accompanying cable has a really good length (~12+ feet), but it's still wired. -Wearing the headphones for extended periods of time (I would say 2+ hours) causes my ears to hurt. These are on-the-ear headphones.

I bought this pair because my Bose headset stopped working and I didn't have that much money to buy another pair. I was amazed by the quality and comfort of this headset. The clarity is clean and the surround sound is top notch. I usually play online for about 2 hours straight 2-4 times a week. I have not had an issue with it yet and am planning to buy another set for a family member.

Best buy price matches, an already awesome deal for these. Use amazons price for a reference. The sound quality is great, with the usb amplifier, the bass really hits heavy and enhances the overall gameplay experience. Build quality is great for the price, just take care of them. The sound on both the headphones and the microphone is really crisp, clear and has good range.

These headphones are just some of the best you can get for your PS4 out there hands down. All you do is plug into the front USB of your PS4 and you're good. What I love about these is that you can listen to the game sound effects along with chat while playing. This way you don't have your game up on your TV speakers or Home Theater speakers and it echoes back to the people you're chatting with. Get them!

I bought these as a daily special and I wasn't sure how good they would sound. As soon as I put them on, I could tell they were worth the money. They are crisp and clear sounding, and when you use the bass controller it evens everything out. The only problem if there is one, is that after several hours of use they can get a little hot on your ears.

It works for both Ps4 and Xbox One. The inline controls however will not work for the Xbox, you just plug it right into your 3.5mm headset adapter or controller with 3.5mm built in. The headset is very lightweight, it seems somewhat fragile, in terms of the headband. I have a LARGE head, and this fits with plenty of room to spare. I will say though, if you sit at an angle or at an incline, the headset does tend to slide off your head. The band is not as tight as I would like it to be. The volume and bass on ps4 are great, sometimes i wish it would go a bit louder, but I can justify it at the price I payed. I give this headset a 8.5 out of 10, I think it could be structured a bit more in terms of comfortability. I bought the geek squad 5$ warranty for 2 years just in case the headset decides to clonk out.

Headphones sound great! I got this as a gift for a fellow gamer, the speakers are loud and noise canceling. Crisp sound makes you feel like you are in the game. Cord is really long if you want to plug it in directly to PS4 via usb, alternatively you can plus the jack into the controller.

Good sound, fits well but the cord needs to be longer. My system is next to the TV and I have to sit RIGhT in front of the TV to use the headphones. They perform well but next purchase will be cordless.
