I never write reviews but I had to for this purchase. I cant believe that I not only wasted about $130 on these but that I didn't return them after trying them. I don't have the biggest head in the world, yet these cut off circulation. I get throbbing headaches for how tight these are around the head. The cushioning is a joke. It can be compared to having 2 brings covering your ears and the "cushioning" that lays on top of your head is almost as uncomfortable. DO NOT BUY IF YOU WEAR GLASSES. They are 10x worse if you have glasses.. Everything else about these headphones/headset is an A+. It really is unfortunate that they are the most uncomfortable things I have ever placed around my ears. My roommate has cheap off brand headphones that are no where near the same quality but are comfy enough to make me want to wear those instead. Highly disappointed Turtle Beach. Get it together. I wish I could receive a refund for these.

Turtle beach headphones are average at best, if your expectation is to own them for less than a year. The quality of the plastics/materials are so poor. The plastic becomes brittle and snaps easily over a short period of time. I've taken excellent care of my electronics, and do not leave my headsets laying around. That being said, I went to put these on one day, and the plastic at the hinge above the left headphone just snapped like a breadstick. I didn't even apply much pressure at all to it. Probably the most overhyped, and poor quality products made for the gaming industry - period. Perhaps their high end headsets are ok. But, this one cost me $149, and for that kind of money, I expect a product that will last me for several years, and not 9 or less mo. BIG NO THANKS, DO NOT BUY.

I honestly cannot give this headset an honest review in regards to sound quality. However the quality of the parts on headset I can. This is my second purchase of this head set from TurtleBeach and that is due to the USB plugin that is too fragile, over time the headset will no longer charge because of how sensitive the USB plugin is. So needless to say, I will return this headset and go with a different brand.

Very disappointing - bought this instead of one in the same brand that was on clearance, and the mic doesn't work after just 3 months. Should have just purchased the one on clearance - couldn't have been worse! Have to replace mic, who knows whether replacement will even work. Do not recommend. Best Buy says it's no longer returnable.

I purchased this bc it supposedly works well with the Xbox and your PC. My nephew has had great issues using it with his PC that he now rarely touches it and just purchased a different headset. I'm disappointed bc I spent some money on these.

Didn't last 2 weeks. Had static, audio always going in/out and constantly disconnecting. Plus very uncomfortable. All from my 12 year old who is into games.

The wireless drops out every 5-10 min. The bass is anemic and overpriced! Get yourself a Afterglow AG9+ wireless headset, It works as advertised & cheaper.

Why does this thing have all these issues with charging? Have to wiggle the cord ang get it just right. Many people have the same issue

After a short period of time there began to be a lot of problems with the headset. I don't recommend buying this one.

Had to take back to store. Crackling sounds.. Piece of junk!

All volume went through headphones. Couldn't hear well.

I just got them this week and the mute button doesn't work. It says mic off when I press it, however everyone can still hear me talking. There's nothing in the instructions about the mute button. When I went to the Turtle Beach website and tried to contact customer support. It kept saying to enter a valid email address. Yet I entered my address over and over. Seems to me they don't want to be contacted. So I took them back. Stay away from Turtle Beach.

Don't buy turtle beach. Cheap products that break then they want you to pay to ship there broken product back. Terrible customer service and company. Cheap
