I love the headset and most of its features! But I think there's a few things they could work on. First of all the mute button location is a bit inconvenient. I feel like it would be better if they made it perhaps bigger or instead easier to locate and press. And it's also bothersome that every single time I press the mute button the voice will call it out, it would be nice if I could choose how loud that would be or if I don't even want to hear it. Also the volume is good. But I myself have very sensitive ears. It would be nice if the headset could lower the volume even more. The last thing that I feel could be improved is the readjusting of the headset for when I wear it.!It is really tight so I tried to expand it but it still squeezes my head a bit too tight so I definetly have a hard time wearing it for long periods or when having a headache. I like this headset, don't get me wrong, it's better than others I've used but if they could improve on this features then I would give it a 10/10.

This Turtle Beach headsets are easy to set up. However, the headset gets uncomfortable wearing for a long period of time, putting pressure on your ears. Sometimes the connection has to be reset when there is a loud screeching/buzzing noise.

Good sound and comfortable gaming headset. Could be louder but overall good to go.

Great sound, I liked the wireless feature, but the ear muffs were to small for my ears and instead of being over my ears they were on my ears and clamped down on them making them very uncomfortable. Still looking for a headset that will cover my ears without touching them.

I love these - when they work. The problem I face is that in in game chat, specifically ESO, there are times when the sound drops out, or I get interference whichs cause a loud humming noise. The only fixes ive found so far are a hard reset on my XBox 1 or to remove the USB transmitter and reset it. Both options are less than optimal. I hope this issue is resolved soon.

It has a great sound and easy to set up. But has some thin flimsy plastic that I doubt will hold up over time. If you have a big head then you might want to rethink these as they fit kinda tight.

As the title says, it feals a little tight wearing it and I don't have a big, corn-fed size head. The sound is pretty awesome though.

Based on the input from an employee and other reviews I expected these to be louder. Other than that they are good quality.

Headset sounds and works well. To tight for an adult. Should work great if you have a ten year Olds head size.

I like the wireless capability and the freedom not to be attached to my controller. However, I am not a fan of the shape of the earphones or the material used in the cushions. They are rather stiff and uncomfortable over standard gaming time (30-45 minutes). Not bad for the price but turtle beach has done better feeling headsets and if they incorporated those designs into wireless headsets, they would sell more.

I wish these were a bit more comfortable, but then again it may be my head is to big for the headset. If I could change anything about headset purchases it would be to find a way to wear them before purchase. Don't get me wrong they sound great and do exactly what they are designed to do. I just can't wear them for long periods.

The sound is great! The super human hearing feature is awesome. But the quality is lacking I had to return the first set because they were cutting out now 3 1/2 months later I'm returning this set I got the extended warranty but still I will have to purchase the warranty again

This headphones sounds great but, I had issues with mines, they got disconnected from the receiver many times and had to return and get wired headphones instead.

To start off with the headset is way to tight on your head, second of all the sound is really low. Better off with the PlayStation gold headset

Wireless, nice audio controls on headset, different modes, but crackle if you turn up too high which is not what was expected

These were great headphones while playing the video game made experience a lot more exciting

Got a solid year of use out of this entry-level headset from Turtle Beach before this buzzing sound appeared on the left side. Enhanced "super-hearing" mode was handy playing Alien Isolation.

They were good but not the best it was a gift to my brother who likes Gaming and they only lasted him 6 months before they stopped working.

Bought for my gamer son. He loved them, but the echo and the "under water" sound when speaking made us return the headset for a different Turtle Beach set.

It was not compatible with my Xbox360 and I seem to play it more. Due to this I had to return. Also the sound wasn't all that great
