great headphones but buyer beware. the box says for xbox 360 but if you are running a xbox to a hidef tv like i assume everyone does now with hdmi you will need a special adapter for these to plug in and use like you should. do not assume you will take these home and plug right in and go. adapter runs about 15-20 bucks and most stores dont carry them on shelf have to order online. overall good product but just keep this in mind when making purchase. you will be spending another twenty bucks on adapter to hook this up properly. i have mine running to my daughters audio out on her tv with a 3.5 to rca adapter rtight now which works but it is a pain to keep unplugging and plugging in and i think it messes with the sound quality when trying to also charge remote with plug and play. so adapter is a wise investment if you want everything to operate normally.

The first headset we bought was returned related to the mouth piece not working. Best Buy was great and exchanged it for us--in the midst of crazy Christmas shopping. The customer service at BB was wonderful with us!!! The second headset works well and my son has not had any difficulties with it.

My grandson actually thought I paid more than I did. He loved it . Great sound quality too.

This is a good gamer headset for the price! Clear communication!

Bought these for my son and he loves them. The only problem is the cord will tangle. He had a pair before these that were the same model and the cord got so tangled after much use that the microphone stopped working. Otherwise a good product.

Overrall I love the new headset. I had turtle beaches before and they were wireless and loved them. The only issue I have with these ones are the cords. If they can make it wireless, I think they will be great. Don't get me wrong, they are a nice set of turtle beaches and love them.
