after much research, i purchased these as a gift for my son. there are definitely much more costly headphones out there, but you can't beat these for the price. he LOVES them!!

The only bad thing is that they seem fragile because they are mostly plastic. Otherwise the sound quality is great

Very good...better than those other xbox head sets. My son went through three of those ones and this is soooo much better! ps...mom doesn't have to hear everyone !!

I received a deal after Thanksgiving on this headset. Set up is easy if you follow the instructions. Have been using over a month....no issues. Comfortable.

I bought this for my son for Christmas. He says it is his favorite gift. Really comfortable and great sound quality.

I have bought 2 of these since June 2016 and it is now Septemeber 2016 and the microphone on both of these have died completely without any cause. REALLY disappointed. Only buy on sale for $20-30. I would recommend a Logitech G430 instead of this (they are 50% off right now)

This headset is great, can't think of any other headset I've tried on to sound this great, if you don't mind the cables this is a perfect buy.

Works great with the xbox or the pc. Its easy to set up and I love the volume controls along the cable. Its sonds excelent for using with games or listening to music, and you can hear your friends voices easily due to the seperate chat volume control. They are very comfortable to wear for long periods and fit over the ear nicely. They do make your ears hot after a while but that is expected with headphones such as these. All-in-all I am very happy to have purchased these and would strongly recommend them over the normal xbox headset.

For the price of these headphones, the Audio is amazing and it picks up the voice very well and allows for clear communications.

The one thing I hate on these is the long cord. It goes on forever. I also don't like how it hooks into the audio lines of your TV. It makes you disconnect them and input their wire in the middle, like a go between or splitter. The product works well, but I would recommend getting the $50 wireless one that simply fits on one ear.

Look nice and I'm sure they sound nice if I could hear what's coming out of my tv in my headset. It advertises on the box that there is a extra cable you can buy to hook directly into your xbox to get the sound to come out of the head set but apparently it's required, as opposed to what the box says and that there's multiple ways to hook this up. Poor labeling and I've got a million feet of cable to trip over. might return it and get the cheap xbox headset instead, since I know what I'm getting. Next time charge me the extra five dollars and give me the cable I need instead of some stupid sticker that says turtle beach.

My 14 year old son loves his turtle beach headphones for gaming.

I got my headset last February, and i havent had any problems with it until about late August. First, my chat cable broke, so I could only hear audio and people but i couldn't talk. Then, just now the whole wire broke, making the headset useless. I recommend getting wireless if you don't want to go through the hassle of maintaining the wires.

These were the gift for my son's 9th birthday. Out of the box they look very solid, good quality headphones. However, when he wanted to use them we couldn’t find any possible connection to Xbox 360. After I read the little guide included in the package it said that we need Xbox 360 audio adapter. So, I remembered that we kept the box for warranty it that adapter might be there. However, when I pullet the box it wasn’t there either. Of course my son was disappointed, and after some research I ordered this adapter and now he will wait for some more until he can actually enjoy it. My personal opinion Turtle Beach should have put $5 adapter, if you paid this much money for the headphones or at least put note on the package (or description) that this thing is necessary and not included in the box.
