Great sound, kinda tight on head, could be made with better quality materials. Only thing is the volume for game and chat is behind you... Not Good for gamers... I'm constantly having to readjust the volume on both because the chair I sit in my head relaxs on the back and messes with it. Other then that, no complaints.

I purchased this headset because I wanted a completely wireless set but they are fairly expensive, so when I saw the refurbished on sale I happily purchased them, they arrived in perfect condition and extremely easy to set up and pair with my Xbox. They allow me to move from my living room to kitchen and still speak to my friends in the party with ease. As far as gameplay - I would like to personally thank this headset for helping my k/d! I can hear EVERYTHING from footsteps to c4 in Rainbow6 now!

Sound quality is incredible. Hearing game audio I didn't even know was present (small environmental details like a stream in the distance, etc) in the mix. Was a refurb item so the only real complaint was that the casing for the dongle that came with it fell apart upon unboxing it. No/bad glue? Anyways, a rubber band later it was working fine.

Good headset, but I regret not getting surround sound instead.

I'm having some trouble figuring out how to control the party chat volume when not playing a game, but overall the headsets are a great addition to the gaming experience.

Bout these as a gift for my son for his games, tried them out myself for games that I play and was amazed about the sound quality.

Had dual volume for game and chat. Can hear players waking up on you in battlefield. Makes the game more intense. These are great.

Honestly best deal money could buy. Im not a big time gamer but if i ever do play this is the best headset for the price.

I wish I read other reviews before I bought this. Its horribly vise like and uncomfortable for my adult sized head. I had to give it away to my seven year old child who said it fit perfect for him

The product works great I purchased the refurbished thinking maybe if they were just broken now they have been repaired, instead they were VERY DIRTY & missing pieces, had just the necessary parts but not all pieces that come with original headset smh! Wish there were negative stars.
