Mic broken

Which I expected but I would think the least best buy could do was give me express shipping seeing how I already waited over a week to get a broken pair of headphones. So best bu customer care is pretty crappie on taking care of a customer.

The other side looks like it is held together with JB Weld. Now I have to ship them back, wait for Best Buy to receive them, then wait for them to ship them again. The savings isn't worth the headache. Buy new
