Good Product, but defective
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Mine was refurbished, and sadly there was a hiss in the speakers that wouldn't go away andnonly one headphone would work when plugged into anything by my game system. I was able to return it for a refund, but since it was a deal of the day Indexided to spend the money on something else. Best Buy is super about returns though! Love how cuatomer friendly they are!

I Was Skeptical!

Refurbished? Yea right!

I received the item and it is missing a USB cable and the headset adapter does not mute the mic. You would think this would have been caught during the refurb process but it looks like they didn't bother to test it thoroughly. Very disappointed and I will not be buying any open box or refurbished items from Best Buy ever again!
