We recently picked up the Turtle Beach wired gaming headset for our family gaming setup, and it’s been an absolute win in our house. Our kids are almost teenagers, so they’re very opinionated when it comes to gaming gear—and they genuinely love these headsets. The sound quality is impressive for the price: clear audio, strong bass, and no issues hearing teammates or in-game details. The mic is crisp and reliable, which has made online play and communication smooth and frustration-free. The sound quality is pretty good and they fit on the ears pretty well. The microphone is what I bought it for though. I was buying cheap headphones and people complain they couldn't hear me. The filter piece around this mic allows me to put it right up to my face and talk without them hearing me breathing and they say it is a crazy upgrade so that works for me.

After countless hours reviewing headsets in the $60-120 range I was left lost with what seemed like no real option. Then I came across these bad boys for $40 and it was game on. Sound is crisp, footsteps and gunshots are easily detectable directionally, they are comfortable and the removable microphone is the cherry on top. Look no further for your headset. P.S. since purchasing these I have had FOUR friends go out on my recommendation to buy the same pair (albeit they all bought white when I got black). They are all thrilled with them still, and it’s been about a month.

So I picked up this Turtle Beach headset as a budget-friendly option, and I’m honestly happy with what you get for the price. The sound quality is clear and balanced. Good enough for both gaming and general use. I wasn’t expecting much at this price point, but it delivers way more than I anticipated. The fit is comfortable enough for long gaming sessions, and the microphone does a decent job of picking up voice clearly without too much background noise. [ It’s not a premium headset by any means, but considering the price, it more than holds its own. ]

This Headset was exactly what i was looking for. MY husband has an XBOX ONE CONSOLE, & Back in January 2020 he purchased himself a better controller, XBOX ONE WIRELESS.. ARMED FORCES II Controller. Then for past 6 months he wanted a headset w/mic for while playing LIVE, online. He really wasn't sure what to get so I decided, to look around & check out ALL the diff headsets & read to see what would work with. Then last wk, mon, i picked up the Turtle beach Recon 50X headset w/mic & when he got home Fri surprise him. He loved it, & just like i read on TURTLE BEACH site & here, it plugged right into the Jack on ARMED FORCES & after going into console settings. To adjust volume from tv to headset. HE was online PLAYING CALL OF DUTY. This was a great purchase at a great price. I also purchased the 2 year REPLACEMENT PLAN.

This headset is excellent, it is very comfortable felt amazing in my ears, sound quality was very nice for the price. The best headset you could get for this price would recommend.

The sound is very very crisp when playing games like call of duty MW2. The mic picks up your voice very well. In the end this headset is durable and light not heavy when wearing for long periods of time.

So far so good. I gave my boyfriend this for valentines day and so far its worked amazing. Sound quality is great and has a detachable mic. Works for xbox 1s. Pretty good price as well.

This headset covered my ears and ensured surround sound and complete comfort.

Great headset for people on a budget! I have had this for about 6 months and it has treated me very well. No bugs, no issues with durability either which other people complained about. Overall amazing headset, would recommend.

Real Review!! I play the game on occasion somtimes I’ll play the game a few days in a row (not straight) but they’re solid fr I play Warzone a lot and it’s definitely helped out thtoughout the game. The mic is solid as well very clear on both ends, me and my homie got them together and I plan on using them til I can’t. Definitely get it and it’s a good price for a college student.

Very effective on the listening side of thingsss! I love how good my mic works when playing with friends! Comfortable on my ears as well as not slipping off like my old ones! 10/10 must buyyy!! ;)))

Excellent product, the sound is amazing for Xbox, PS4,5 and Pc. for the a very low price compare to other expensive headsets. just what I expected, also great customer service. Very polite and professional.

Good quality sound for chat and gameplay. The headphones themselves are very snug and comfortable. I had a bit of trouble connecting the headphone jack at first but once i did it fit in perfect. The price is very economical but the headphones do not feel cheaply made.

They arrived fast, and works great both ears has clarity and audio, they are lightweight easy to configure. Make sure you adjust the settings for audio on the game system. I love them good quality sound. Reasonably priced
