I really like the quality of Turtle Beach. I had no problem purchasing a "refurbished" pair from Best Buy because I know they always stand behind their work. The headphones are a little tight on my head, but not too tight. I am an average size adult and would have liked a little more comfort with the adjustment of the tightness on my head. No issue with the headphones. My only complaint, if it really is even a complaint, is that this model does not put your voice into the sound mix so you cannot hear yourself talk through the head set. The headset, maybe because of the tightness, does a really good job of blocking out all outside noises, including your own voice! I have an older pair of X41's that did put your own voice into the mix of the headset. I didn't realize how good this feature was until it wasn't there anymore with this new set. I end up talking very loud because I can't hear myself and my brain assumes other people can't hear me either. Like I said, not a malfunction of the product, just a missing feature that I was not aware of.

Great sound and comfort while gaming. They are a bit snug but they do what they made for.

Great deal for a refurb. The headset does need to be broken in. The overall style is a little snug for an average size head and the mic is always in the way. The mic arm will bend eventually.

got these on discount by ordering directly from outlet. Good solid headphones. a little tight on your head but stretch out as time goes by.

Theses get rather warm and just a bit snug for my liking. I am not very pleased with them but I got a good deal on mine. So I got what I paid for I suppose.

Not my favorite headset, but, works none the less. If I could do it over again, I probably would have just spent the tad more to get the better headset...not much more to say about that.

Like new. Got what I expected and was happy that I got a basically new product for way less than any other place I looked at.

My son purchased these for his Xbox One, sadly they failed in less than a week. I don't think it had anything to do with refurb I think it's a Turtle Beach quality issue.

Had a x12 for 360 but this is just as great for my xbox1 ppl should give it a try love it

I bought this refurb so i could save some bucks. Its solid, boxing is simple, and have had no issue with them, they sound great, they look great, and i haven't had issues, saved money and got what i wanted.

After just two months the sound was fading in one side of the headset, can barely hear in the left side. Contacted Turtle beach they are sending me another headset via the warranty.
