This is my third headset and turns out to be my best purchase thus far. May even be my last purchase assuming the product stays in working condition. I love the extra bass button feature and the fact you could control game volume and chat volume directly from controls on the headset. Also, if you are not chatting, the Mic can be removed so you have no extra clutter if not necessary

Lightweight, comfortable for all head sizes, good sound. Im pleased

I'm very happy with this headset. It sounds great in comparison to the money spent and the controls are super useful. A really good deal for the money. Some people might find the cord a little short, just plan on taking it off if you need to set the controller on a coffee table/ottoman in front of you.

This works great on my Xbox one and work great for my phone to listen to music. Only flaw but doesn't really matter is that it doesn't work at answering calls from your phone. It works perfectly though on the Xbox one chat. Over all cheap price but great quality.

bought the refurbished model and it seemed like it was brand new. The mic quality is excellent and the headset is super light and comfy.

The headset is refurbished but you know what. If you're a broke college kid like myself or even a HS kid, this is a big relief on the pizza funds. Totally worth it and in the same time you get to show off that you have a New turtle beach headset, well it's not new but your friends don't have to know that part lol

I bought these on sale to replace another headset and was impressed with their performance. They fit comfortably on my ears, the sound is good quality, and it is simple to mute or toggle volume levels. This may have been a refurb unit, but I could not tell. They work as good as new.

Headset works great, no problem with connecting it up to Xbox one, mic sometimes get in the way during game play, easy to control volume with inline controls, BEWARE DOESNOT COME WITH ADAPTER FOR THE CONTROLLER...

Picked up a refurb model for $20. Did a update on it and was good to go. My kids go through headsets quickly so I didnt see the purpose paying full price for it. Works great, would buy another set for myself.

Purchased a refurbished pair of good headphones and they work like new I saved at least 30 dollars I also purchased a warranty and they will take them back and give me another pair should they fail

I really didn't know what I was purchasing as I thought it was just regular headphones, but when I gave them to my son he was so happy. He has been using them everyday on his game

My son liked the fit of these headphones. They cover the whole ear which is different than his Beats by Dre. He says the can be a bit heavy on top of his head after prolong use.

Had these for a month now, still working great. After using these I can say I will never go back to basic headset, quality sound is great. Easy to operate even for my kids.
